3/22 Update: A heads up for everyone with a ~2017 Accord - The PCV valve needs to be changed every 30-60K miles. I was never told this, and did it myself at 81K. The valve that comes with the car has been tied to a number of issues (like the ones below,) and has quietly been discontinued. I'd recommend changing it asap. It costs about $40 to buy and takes 2 minutes to change by yourself. If you've had your car serviced here between 2019 and 2022, go get all your previous work checked out by a different center, mechanic, or double-check it yourself. Long story short: Drove a few states over for a spark plug change that they did not do; car has been idling rougher ever since. Since 2019 - when I started bringing my car here - idle has gotten increasingly rougher. Charged for a Coolant Drain and Fill that either was not done by the manual (if at all) or has been internally leaking. Coolant leaks can cause engine failure. Can also cause rough idle. Engine is visibly leaking oil through the gaskets of the engine. This is easy to notice, but I was never informed of this. I'm the original owner of my 2017 Honda Accord CVT. Have kept it well maintained, on scheduled. I almost always drive in Eco mode. I bought this car because I drive long distances for work, but also like coupes. For all of this to happen, either these cars are not built to last long, or my car is being - whether purposely or negligently - damaged. So I'm now debating whether to get a court order to have a third-party shop or mechanic inspect 3 years of timely scheduled maintenance, or contact NCDS for a resolution. Also, DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. They have been trying to buy my car for the last 2-3 years. On 1/9/21, I asked the chat CSR if they could send me a copy of my service history. As of 1/13/21, I still have not received it. Instead, the day after contacting John Eagle, I received emails, calls, and texts from their pre-owned department. Luckily, I found the printed copies of the visits that mysteriously don't show up when I check my service records on the Honda Owners website. Interestingly, there is not a listed technician for the spark plug change. I'll update this review if anything new occurs.

I recently took my car to giant eagle Honda to get to curb checked rims repaired underneath the ethos tire and rim package warranty. The service advisor called me and said that the repairs were declined because the tires were not losing air pressure. When I bought the vehicle brand new the sales person told me that they would be covered if the rims were curved checked or damaged which is not true because my rims were not repaired. I was misled on buying the warranty for the tires and rims because my rims are not fixed and what is the purpose of buying the package if the warranty doesn’t cover what they offer. Nevertheless this was a disappointing experience.I have bought 6 to 8 cars from John eagle Honda since I was a teenager nevertheless to say I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle because everybody is misleading after this experience

Let me start by saying that being a former car salesman myself.....Duck and Maria were the absolute greatest!!!! I went with my friend who was looking for a very specific color and package. Everywhere we went or called they "had one coming" or tried to switch us to a Civic or different color Accord. Duck and Maria had exactly what she wanted sitting on the showroom floor. He gave us the best deal at the right note. Once in finance we were paired with Nick who was also awesome. He got her a warranty and maintenance package she couldn't pass up and stayed in budget. These guys are straight up and awesome!!!! GO SEE EM!!!

The experience I had with John Eagle Honda was very pleasant and the service advisor was quite thorough with the explanation of what entailed with the Oil and Filter change on my Honda Accord. Of special notice: the Express Lube mgr. : Jose Santiago was very accommodating whenever I needed to visit John Eagle Honda for any maintenance. I would highly recommend John Eagle Honda over any of the other Honda dealers for any maintenance on your Honda. Also, their service is competitively priced; so you do not need to get a second (or third quote).
