UPDATE: They reached out here and gave me an email to contact. I emailed them twice and never got any response. Absolute clowns. Don’t go here for anything. Find another dealership. //// Took my car in for routine maintenance: tire rotation, oil change, blake fluid flush. I didn’t expect to have them leave chemical residue stuck to my paint, and I definitely didn’t expect them to remove the push connectors that held my bumper on. I took my car back in 15 minutes after I left the facility to have them remove the white residue staining my door. They told me it wasn’t them because they don’t use white chemicals… Doesn’t make much sense as I brought my car in stain free, and now my paint is ruined. After deflecting all the blame, they took my car back to use detailing chemicals on it and couldn’t get all of the residue off. They brought it back to me and basically said “sorry, bye”. I called and left a message for the supervisor to see if he would make things right and fix my paint. He never called me back. Not only did they stain my paint, but they messed up my bumper as well. The following day, I drove 20 minutes to visit family, and my bumper had completely come off and was dragging on the ground. What they did is inexplicable. I should have listened when people told me not to get maintenance at a dealership. They obviously don’t care about the quality or integrity of their work. I am extremely frustrated that my car is now in worse condition than when I brought it in for routine maintenance. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER.

I had a very good experience buying my car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Working with Chandler to buy my car was a great. He worked with me over several weeks in order to make sure I got exactly the car I was looking for. He listened and stayed in contact with me in order to provide the service I needed. He made me feel like an important customer and did his best to see this sale through. I knew I wanted to buy from him after finally meeting the first time. Chandler was very nice and he listened which is crucial. The dealership while under construction on the outside is very nice and comfortable inside. The whole experience was low pressure which was a nice change from the other places we had visited. We also appreciated that you didn’t add thousands of dollars in hidden fees, like other dealerships did. Overall great experience! The most important thing of all all we love the car!

My experience at John Eagle Honda was pretty decent. My appointment was scheduled with Ann. I got there and found out Meme was going to assist me with my purchase. The process was extremely long. I was not to please with my experience at first with trading in my old vehicle because the first offer was way lower than the blue book value & what I knew my vehicle was worth. Overall, my purchase was worthwhile & Meme was an awesome salesman. She was patience & professional with a great attitude. I would definitely recommend her.

Highly recommend working with Preston. He worked with me on a used GMC Sierra. The whole process very easy and straight forward. We had a major issue due to an honest mistake where when they filled my tank. Gasoline was filled instead of diesel. Preston immediately got involved and working with Wesley Gerhardt the general manager to make sure repairs were done correctly. A couple of friends said I should walk away due to possible long-term damage. Wesley assured me John Eagle would stand behind the repairs but did offer to cancel the sale. Preston had negotiated a very fair transaction with both my trade and the final price that I felt comfortable staying with the purchase. I have several thousand miles on my Sierra with no problems. Preston and Wesley were a pleasure to work with and would not hesitate in the future. Thanks, love my truck.
