We drove about 45 minutes to get here and it was well worth it! We traded in our pilot and got a fair trade in offer and purchased a gas saver. Dwayne was great the whole time and was straight forward about the whole process. We were in and out of the finance department pretty quick as well. No one was pushy and there was great communication. Don’t hesitate to come here, even if it’s not your closest dealership.

I was treated very fairly at Joe Morgan after a terrible experience at another Honda dealer in the nearby area. My sales person at Joe Morgan was friendly, answered all my questions and followed up with me as we waited for my car to be built. Joe Morgan Honda service center always provides the most exceptional service. They have excellent flexibility with allowing walk in oil changes and accessible hours. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced. They are extremely efficient and I always find myself happily surprised at the speed of service they provide. The employees at Joe Morgan are always very helpful and fun to talk to. Jessie helped us check in and called when my car was ready. And we talked with Patrick for a while. honest review too long to write so ill make it simple, you know when youre hungry for lunch and you want a burger and fries. you go to a drive through look at the menu and pick out what you want. you see a picture and a price. you pay and you get your meal. sometimes they make too many fries or an extra drink and theyll offer it for free. usually this is a kind gesture that makes you happy and makes your day. but other days you dont get free fries and its just the experience of getting some food. this is how i feel about joe morgan honda. you look at a car. it has a price. you pay the price you get the car. dont ever expect free fries from them though. they dont offer anything but the experience and culture. they have more add-ons in finance office of course. im not saying i want a free hat or shirt but it seems unfair that because i got preapproved before i visited, all numbers were set in stone before previewing the used car or my trade in values. also make sure the sales agent and finance manager are 100% on the same page before you split up so there are no communication issues.

Exceptional experience! Here's a dealership that listens to the 'Voice of the Customer'. Why is that in important...because your customer knows what value looks like. I have a family of 2 with another on the way so we found our selves in need of a mini van. I would be willing to bet that any 'up and coming' hot rodding mini van driving dad will want all weather floor mats...not mud flaps or blinking tail lights. So Joe Morgan Honda keep listening to the 'Voice of the Customer'. Great companies attract great employees. I only got to meet two of them but I'd be surprised if there was one individual here that wasn't exceptional. So to the whole team at Joe Morgan Honda I look forward to working with all of you in the future. The two that I did work with where outstanding. Dawyne and Jim kudos to you both.
