Had to have my car in for A/C Compressor and from the time I got there and till the time I picked it up they were all great to work with and could not be any happier with their service at Jim Skinner Honda. I wish I can give less then one star. Don’t take me wrong staff is friendly. But not willing to understand someone’s problem. I bought my Honda Odyssey 2020 from them and it’s not even a year both left side tires getting flat on me. I went there and asked them to help me with a car or shuttle but they denied on both. When I ask how long it will take they didn’t had answer on that too. Even soon after I bought my car they called me for recall fix that time too they didn’t provide any services. They should understand people have young kids they need to be picked from schools. Also people don’t have luxury to have multiple car or people can’t arrange their pickup. Also don’t blame this on COVID as I have other car which my husband uses it. We do get all services from Chevrolet.

I like my Honda, but a couple people at the front desk were rude to me about my appointment the other day. I also saw several people walk in after me who left before me. I was waiting with my 6 year old busy son for an appointment for an oil change for 1 hour and 45 minutes with no explanation. Besides that, everyone was nice...servicemen and office personnel at checkout.
