We bought a Van from them. Worst car buying experience ever. We bought a van that was only 2 years old. First impression seemed ok, but nothing to brag about. Then after I told them I wasn’t financing the van everything fell apart. Like they were mad I had the money to buy a car. Then we go to plate the vehicle, and the paperwork was all out of wack. They had to call the original owners to come down and sign paperwork so they could fix it. Then after all of that they still owed me money. The bank wrote the certified check for to much. They said they would mail me a check. I had to go down multiple times and ask for my check. It was less than $100. Mr. Kool himself needed to sign for it. When the office lady asked for his signature on it he lost it. Acting like it was $10,000. Or something. Finally after complaining about the check he signed it and said fine just get out of here. NEVER again will I ever go to a Janssen dealership.

We were looking for a reliable new vehicle for my fiance. We both work full time jobs during the day and they were willing to stay late after we got off work so we could test drive different vehicles and really find the right car for us. Once we decided what vehicle we wanted, Frank really worked hard with us in deciding what the right trim level that fit within our budget and also gives us the features we were really wanting. They gave us a very fair trade value for her older car and an amazing price on the new one. Through the whole process we felt extremely taken care of and we know that if we have any questions or issues moving forward they will be there for us!

Some of the most amazing staff I have dealt with. They try their hardest to get you what you want for the lowest they can. Hard working and willing to help. From car acquisition and sells to amazing performance on vehicle repairs. 10 out of 10 would recommend

What's better than writing a review about where you work! This place instills the family-owned and operated atmosphere with its employees and customers! There is nothing better than seeing the excitement on someone's face when they are getting into their new vehicle! This company has taken amazing care of me as an employee and has gone the extra mile for me during times where I needed unexpected time off! I can't work for people that show two faces, and the folks here are top notch from an employee's perspective, as well as a customer's!

I love working at this Dealership. I started selling cars in Wichita, KS and loved it, but the staff was very greedy and poor to customers. I feel pride knowing I work for a dealership that respects peoples needs and satisfaction. I don't plan on leaving any time soon!
