Best sales experience my wife and had with all the dealerships on the island. We came to trade in our truck for a more practical and fuel efficient vehicle. Lincoln showed us all the vehicles that we wanted to see, and he didn’t mind walking us back and forth between the front display, showroom, and the back lot. When it finally came time to trade in our vehicle, Island Honda did not give us a lowball offer. It still required a little bit of negotiating, but not once did I feel like I had to haggle. From the moment we got on to the lot all the way up to when we signed the papers in the finance office, we had nothing but great experience with all the staff. I have never taken the time to write a review for any dealerships before, but buying from Island Honda was such a great experience, I just had to share. I highly recommend coming here, and hopefully you can make an appointment with Lincoln, but I’m sure you will have a great experience regardless of who helps you at Island Honda.

Absolutely terrible treatment from the finance manager Gabriel Moldovan. My sister in law bought a car she was forced to buy warranty in order for her to leave after being there for 4 hours. She stated she didn’t want the warranty multiple times, and he said “you’re a woman, call your husband you don’t know what you need” He promised she could come back and cancel the warranty. When we came back he switched up says we can’t cancel and have to wait 90 days to cancel. He kept discrediting the advice that was given to cancel the warranty and said “stop listening to people who don’t know the car business” to which I informed him I am in the car business and I’m in sales he then proceeded to laugh in my face. After this I had the service contract in my hand and wanted to ask more questions, he grabbed the paper from my hand, and told us “I’ll see you in 90 days, have a nice day”

Melissa B. Was my sales lady. She was amazing, friendly and had the best customer service. She was easy to work and if anyone needs a used or brand new honda. Go see Melissa B. Thank you for your help !!!

In my opinion Sebastian Gomez is an excellent sales & leasing consultant. We (my boyfriend George, his mother Debbie & myself) just wanted to stop by to check out the current inventory & prices. Plus Debbie has been wanting a new vehicle. We just needed to narrow it down to which one. When Sebastian walked out to introduce himself to us. His way of interacting with us wasn’t what I would have expected from a car salesman. He was friendly & easy to talk to. We did show up 30 minutes before closing time. So he might have been ready to call it a day & not expecting to have a last minute sale. However once he figured out which car we were interested in. He grabbed the keys so we could check out the inside. Debbie was quick to say yes to a test drive & it wasn’t long before we were back inside signing papers. The traits I liked about Sebastian’s selling techniques was that he was accommodating to everyone & treated us all as potential clients. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited for his managers approval. Showed us all the cool features the car had to offer. Plus was willing to park the car inside for better lighting & even put the giant bow on the hood for pictures. If you’re not an Island Honda employee & you’re still reading this. Like this post, so I know I’m not the only one reading what I wrote. I was greeted from the moment I walked in the door, my associate listened well and wrote down my concerns, your lounge is very comfortable and I greatly appreciate the shuttle service. Good work from all involved in Island Honda.

From the moment I was greeted with aloha and a smile I knew my CRV was in good hands. The service advisor Ben listened to my concerns and assured me that the vehicle will be inspected. He then did a follow up call to advise me on what needed to be taken care of and we both came up with an agreement to get my car repaired correctly and in a timely manner. There are so many times I was let down by other dealerships and Island Honda removed all those "not so good" memories. I cannot say mahalo enough for taking care of my vehicle.

One of the worst experiences. Worked with Justin to purchase a used vehicle for 10k that broke down immediately after leaving the dealership. We had it diagnosed and they claimed nearly 3k worth of engine damages that they refused to work with us on in any way. After being belittled and laughed at by the salesman and general manager, we will not be doing business here ever again.
