My favorite place for taking care of my cars. Always clean and comfortable. The service is great and quick. The employee is kind and helpful. I am so glad I have my two cars with them.

I love doing business with Hughes Honda, they are very prompt, punctual, and the customer service is impeccable. I would not trust my vehicle with any other business. Chris in the service department is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. If I need to inquire about anything with my vehicle he’s always very eager and more than willing to help. You can actually tell he loves what he does, but more importantly he really loves his job. The whole team is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would. As long as Chris is there I will continue to do business with Hughes Honda! Alex was really impressive. We got there at 6:45pm (closing at 7pm) and he was willing to work late to help us, excellent Customer Service, we bought another Honda CR-V in immaculate condition. He's a great Salesman. Had a great time chatting about life! Very personable. Great personality!

Kris the service specialist at Honda is awesome! I had an issue Saturday afternoon where a local company incorrectly installed my battery. They reversed connections and after the car would not do anything. I called Honda and on Kris kept me calm letting me know he had seen this happen before, but the vehicle needed to be diagnosed before he could say what truly was wrong. I had to leave town to drop a kid off at college which added more complexity to the situation. Kris worked with the tow driver and my vehicle was dropped at Honda for a diagnostic test. Kris called me on the road to let me know a multi functional fuse was fried. He ordered the part on Saturday as it was out of stock. He called me Monday because he wanted to let me know everything was processing correctly and the part was on time. On Tuesday morning I received a call from Kris who let me know the part was in and they were performing all of the diagnostic tests to ensure everything was fine. He let me know the battery was low and needed to be changed which I happily did with Honda. Kudos to Kris and the Honda team for the great service. Keep up the fast and reliable service.

I took my wife's 2013 Accord to get a diagnostic done(earth dream 2.4) on July 23rd 2022. I had changed the timing chain along with tensioner and vtc cam sprocket. Put car back together and car started in limp mode. Codes were high fuel pressure and cam sensor. Well after dropping the car off on a Saturday, they called me on Monday and said she needed a new motor due to a frog in the engine. REALLY A FROG.....I told them nevermind and got the car from them. Took it to a shop owner I knew and all he did was adjust timing and some ecu learning of new cam sensor and she runs like a champ. Thanks Huges for trying to scam my wife out of as you put it 4,500 dollars for a rebuilt engine. I Have pictures of oil and filter along with photos of cams. NOT A FROG OR SKIN PARTICLE SEEN

Friendly dealership and incredibly helpful. Needed to get a larger vehicle after adopting another dog and came in the same day I saw a new HR-V online. They allowed me to bring my pup to the dealership because she has pretty bad separation anxiety and treated her like one of their own. I was able to get a great trade-in value for my Accord and left the same day in my new HR-V. The car buying process can be intimidating and difficult, especially in the current market, but I absolutely got a fair market value price on a brand new car and my trade in. Thanks so much, y'all! I appreciate the smiling faces, the time spent getting me out of the lot in a new car, and the hospitality. Athena and I will be sure to come visit soon :)

The customer service man (Chris) at Hughes Honda was very helpful and caring. He made sure everything was done that needed to be done. He kept me informed of the work that was being done on my van. Service was performed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service department at Hughes Honda.
