First let me say Jose is a car salesman end of story. With that said he's a good salesman he's very down to earth and not aggressive at all. The buying experience was fairly smooth. They came in high on the price at first. I said no way and he said let me go work some numbers. Well the numbers he worked actually saved us a few dollars off the current payment on the vehicle we were trading in. Overall a very positive experience. Jose is a gentleman and he will go above and beyond to earn not only your respect but also your business. I can honestly say that or next purchase we will look first to Jose and Hugh White Honda Thank you Jose!!!!!

I want 2 shout out José Echeverria (sales person) and Steven Treadway (Finance Consultant). Jose show me he was a trustworthy honest and up-front sales person. I brought a 2015 dodge Dart from here and the car buying was made easy. I had already done my research on the car and jus need to clarify my requirements and research Info with what the dealer had in there system. Everything match with what I found and my personal inspection and test drive of the car passed 100%. So I definitely wanted it with the situation of my current car of the transmission no longer worker. So it was a matter of jus getting finance. And I don't know how many ppl know but when getting credit for a car you need a fico score of at least 650 maybe more and unfortunately I have not generated one. So Jose and Steven had 2 call around and convinced a bank to lend me the credit. At first it didn't seem like I was going to get approved but Steven in finance with the help of Jose really was fight and trying to convince these banks I wasn't a complete liability. Finally after sometime waiting and the bank calling my H.R. dept. To confirm my job history I was approved for the Dart. Unfortunately not at the price I wanted. There is high interest on this credit loan to be fully honest on both side. Unfortunately with me not having a credit history the high interest was unavoidable. But Steven and Jose reassure me and motivated me that this was a stepping stone a start from the finish line. U gotta crawl sometime before u can walk. And broke it down step by step if I payed on time for the next 3 year what it would do to my history with a responsible payment like this. So I don't mean to make this any longer but I definitely would recommend this place to buy a car and Make sure u ask for Jose and Steven and u won't be disappointed with your experience.

So my son's 2018 Accord had an issue where all dash warnings were cycling through, vibrated roughly, and couldn't go more than 10 mph. Hugh White's service department said that the root cause was clogged fuel injectors. So we were charged almost $1,700 for an oil change and replacing the fuel injectors. Picked up the Accord on 6/8/2022 and by today (6/12/2022) the same issue happens. All dash warnings appear and the car stutters and vibrates when first starting. Besides the fact that we were charged almost $1,700 for an oil change and replacing fuel injectors, now having the same exact issue leads to me believe there is a lack of quality control, inspection, or oversight at the Hugh White service department. Yes, I know that the dealer's service department will be responsible for warrantied repair to finally getting this fixed. But being out of a car for two consecutive runs now isn't acceptable. Do it right the first time! UPDATE: As of 6/23/2022 we have now taken the car to Hugh White Honda a total of three times --- 1) fuel injector replacement, 2) spark plug replacement, and 3) head gasket replacement. At least the third time my son received a loaner car while the week-long third job takes place.

Came looking for a used Honda. Was met by Mark Warner in the lot. We drove four vehicles and Mark was super patient with us. We even drove one car twice! That’s the one we bought! Thank you HWH, and thank you Mark! And Ziggy for an easy write up and sign off!

I found a CR-V on the used car website that I loved. My parents went to the dealership to view and test drive it for me since I couldn’t make it. The salesman, Jacob Hout, was amazing! My parents loved the vehicle and they were able to bring it home for me to see and test drive. I ended up buying it the very next day. Jacob was so helpful and friendly. I am a regular customer of Hugh White for almost two years. These people are so nice & detail oriented. My car had a break issue recently, they changed both the rotors & the break pads. Also they changed the oil & other things. My oil life was showing 60% on my dashboard. I told the technician that I dont need an oil change. But i was surprised they changed my oil too. Most important part is the price, you cannot beat their price. Its affordable & reasonable also. Keep up good work guys, i will stay your customer forever.
