Jesus Tarazona is the best Product Specialist we’ve ever worked with!! He got us into our 2019 Honda HR-V Sport 3 years ago and now he got us into the car we wanted which is the new 2023 Honda HR-V EX-L and we absolutely love it! He made the process smooth and easy. He kept us informed of all the details and once our car arrived he sent us pictures and videos. We live in Edison, NJ and came back to Hudson Honda for our new car, that in itself says a lot. Go to Hudson Honda they will treat you like family!

Great costumer service ! After getting denied everywhere in NYC I got a recommendation to visit Hudson Honda in NJ and one of their Sales Kat helped me with all the paperwork until I got my Keys. Very Happy about their service and the way they made me believe that If I got a job I should get a car so I can get to work on time. We went here to check the best car option and we met Oscar. He is so far the best Sales and Product Specialist we have ever met! He was really thorough and patient in answering all our inquiries and indeed provided all the best options which will work for us. He explains everything very well and he was so accommodating. We ended up purchasing the one he recommended and went home with the car!!! 😁 Best decision so far that we went to this place. Oscar truly provided the best and such an exemplary service! I bought a 2020 vehicle a week ago with a sticker price of $18k which totaled to almost $40k when they added all their dealer fees! They tried to stick me with extreme dealer fees totaling $9K in fees which would’ve made my payments at $750/ month. I fought about the fees but they still charged me $3K in fees plus taxes which completely absorbed my entire $5K cash down payment. They also added an extended warranty for $3,100 when I specifically told them I would use my own extended warranty so I had to have them reissue my contract without that $3,100 extended warranty fee. The vehicle was never serviced properly. I had to take it to Valvoline for service and Hudson Honda refused to reimburse me. The vehicle was low on Motor oil, almost empty on Anti freeze, and low on Power Steering fluid. It also needs an Alignment and Tire balancing which the Dealer fees should’ve covered. I’ve tried to schedule service with my Sales Rep Oscar but he hasn’t replied to me! I’m also still waiting for my spare key he said I would get! I believe Hudson Honda is really scamming unsuspecting consumers out of their hard earned money and locking them onto very high monthly payment contracts! They should be investigated by the NJ Consumer Affairs division to put a stop to their scandalous business practices! I wouldn’t recommend or shop there again!

Milton helped us find the perfect car for us. He took the time to listen to our needs and budget. We loved being able to look at it and test drive it without him hovering, and the whole experience took less than 2 hours on a Saturday! Hudson Honda is A+. The staff has been so helpful and thorough every time I've been. I just brought the car to their shop in preparation for a road trip and they not only did a thorough job, they sent me a video of the underside of the car with visuals of the status of the brakes and a full description of the work they did. I'm so impressed and truly grateful to have such a quality team working on my car. They have certainly earned my trust and loyalty for a go to shop.
