I got great service from the salesman to the finance person. I have purchased several vehicles over the last several years from Hubert Vester Honda and have always gotten great service. I highly recommend them for your new or used car needs. They will treat you fairly and will go the extra mile to try and get you the best deal possible.

Purchased my Honda at a different dealership so this was my first visit to Hubert Vester for service. I scheduled my oil change appointment for 1pm, arrived a few minutes prior, checked in and was back on the road in under 40 minutes. Everyone was friendly, respectful and didn’t try to “upsale” anything. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely return for future service needs.

After recognizing their bait and switch tactics and addressing this the manager verbally accosted me outside of their building in the parking lot at the close of business. When this occurred there were three men working and I was definitely outnumbered as I had one female with me. I did not feel safe, this was the most unpleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I hate to admit but I did continue with the car purchase because I have been looking for this vehicle for almost a year. Once inside to complete the purchase the first set of purchase papers with the finance manager were incorrect and had to be corrected. You were also asked to sign stating if there are any issues, you will speak to the dealership prior to speaking to the lawyer. I have purchased four vehicles in the last two years and have never, ever been asked to sign something like this. They are also not knowledgeable of their website claims with the Seven Day Value Advantage. They are lucky that Hondas speak for themselves in value because their business tactics are suboptimal, verging being illegal, and disappointing.

Let me say I'm glad I got my car, the service was great but one thing, they sold me a lemon. I drove the car off the lot 2 days later engine light on, next day my car cuts off at the light. I took it back I ask can I get another vehicle or would they be able to fix it they tell me I need to take it to Chevrolet so I did. I had to go up there again and ask them will they fix it they said the warranty was out even though I just got the car smh. But the salesperson got it handled and has my car fixed without paying outta pocket.

Got an oil change and some other services completed in about an hour. Drove home and parked the car. A few hours later, I started to leave home and noticed a big oil spot on the concrete. Also noticed dirt spots on the passenger seat and dash. Drove back to Vester Honda. They promptly corrected the problems. The tech brought me the key and car and apologized. This could have been much worse had I not noticed the oil spot. They did not offer any compensation for the extra time and gas it cost me because of their mistakes.

Was very pleased with service and respect. They squeezed me in as I had a situation caused by another company. As hindsight I should’ve gone to directly to Vester Honda. Would positively recommend this dealer. Was very pleased.

Not pleased with the experience we have had. Got our car back yesterday and my husband took it back today. This makes 4 times it’s been in shop for same issue and now a totally different one issue that wasn’t a problem when we dropped it off with them to be fixed. We want out of this car we are tired of dealing with them and this car. It’s frustrating paying for a new car when it’s spent most of its time in the shop. We were told they replaced things they didn’t. It’s just not been a good experience and we are very frustrated and tired of dealing with this.

Brayson at Hubert Vester Honda made purchasing my first car such a pleasant experience. Brayson promptly answered all of my questions and was very patient. Even after purchasing my car Brayson strives to continue to be helpful. I highly recommend buying a car from Hubert Vester Honda!
