Yesterday we purchased our 4th car from Honda World and I can’t believe I’ve ever purchased anywhere else. From start to finish I felt like family. Everyone was so great. We only lease so we’ve been back a few times and have even sent friends and family to Honda World and everyone says the same thing, they love the customer service! Right now buying a car isn’t easy, I considered other types of vehicles and visited a few other places but the experience wasn’t the same. I seriously decided on a Honda because I knew I’d get a great deal and the best treatment with Honda World. They’ve made me a customer for life and I’m just so grateful!

Honda World Downey was incredible!! Walter Godoy and Rodney Chamblee worked with me to get the price I wanted and could work with! Brought me waters, soda, let me test drive multiple cars, brought me multiple offers and worked hand and hand with me to get me the deal I wanted and was comfortable with! It was my first time buying a car and Alex Santos hooked it up. He took great care off us and very humble person.
