Well...my car was totaled and I needed a car for my job. The car that was totalled was a Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. So naturally I wanted to replace it with the same. After shopping nonstop for 3 days, I couldn't find a hybrid but I found something that I really liked. So on the 4th day I set up a noon appointment at Honda of Lisle. Howar, my sales person, was kind, considerate and helpful. As an act of good faith, even gave me a discount on this vehicle. I thought they were gonna laugh at me when I asked for a discount. But exactly the opposite occurred. I was in-and-out of there in 2 hours and 45 minutes got home by 3 o'clock with my brand new car (pictured) I have NEVER had an experience liked this before. Honestly, the absolute best car shopping experience of my life. Thanks to Howar, Wesley and Brad. Friendly, honest and transparent people who even post covid do a phenomenal job. I purchased a 2021 Honda Accord Touring 2.0 T and I got a very good deal! Blessings to everyone at Honda of Lisle. 20 Stars! You guys are the best! I love you guys! Thank you!

With everything that is going on with chip, transport and labor shortages, it has been a challenge locating a dealership in the Chicagoland area that wasn’t taking advantage of customers with ridiculous market adjustments (especially as a young, Black woman first-time buyer). I shopped around many dealerships and nothing compared to this location. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt like I could trust Honda of Lisle! Manny, the salesman that assisted me throughout the entire process, warmly greeted me and my family, showed us what they had, explained the very reasonable price and let me take a test drive. I took a few days to make my decision and after deciding on the Honda HRV, Manny & the finance manager, Brad, took care of everything. I was able to do the application online and work over the phone. Afterwards, I came to the location, did some paperwork and drove off with my brand new car so happy and satisfied with my decision! I am so grateful for the dealership, especially Manny and Brad. We recently purchased 2 vehicles from Honda of Lisle, a 2023 HR-V, and a 2023 Odyssey. They were purchased within 24 hours of each other - bummer there isn't a discount for that, but it is what it is. We had the pleasure of dealing with Manny, and our experience was excellent. I appreciate the friendly service and we didn't feel pressured or forced and all options were laid out. Once again, thanks, the cars are great!

We have purchased 4 new vehicles from Honda of Lisle, and have always had a great experience until our most recent purchase. The customer service was non-existent. While I understand car purchases are difficult right now, no one reached out to us for over 1 1/2 months to provide any update as to expected delivery time. We were initially given a delivery date of two weeks. When that window passed, we would call to ask for updates and were only told “it’s coming.” We had put down an initial deposit, and expected more information throughout the process. After speaking with someone who went through the same process at another Honda dealership at the same time, with much more customer service and efficiency, we will be switching dealerships.

We have now purchased 2 vehicles from Honda of Lisle. Debbie Pierce was our salesperson for our 1st vehicle, a CRV and she was very pleasant to deal with. Therefore we went back to Honda of Lisle and requested Debbie Pierce again. This time we purchased a Honda Pilot & Debbie was very helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with. She took her time to explain details of the car & good at getting back to us when we had a question. Our overall experience was good. We like our Honda Pilot and recommend Debbie.

OJ at Honda of Lisle So after 12 years with our Toyota Siena we needed to get a new vehicle. With the luck we had with this vehicle tried to stick to the same brand. Sadly the dealers we talked to in the area didn’t have the vehicles we were interested in or wanted to sell us something we didn’t want. Other brands showrooms were disappointing with more of the same. After some research we looked at Honda and looked to a dealership I had dealt with in the past, Honda of Lisle. We walked in and had the luck to talk to O.J. . Let me just start by saying O.J. Is a wizard! So we walked into the showroom and after talking to him for 5 minutes about the car we were looking for color, features and size O. J. Had excused himself for one moment, made a quick phone call and the car we wanted manically pulled up right behind him in the window. It was a beautiful car but didn’t quite have all the features we wanted but he reassured us that the items we wanted could be easily added. We reached a deal quite easily and 4 days later the 3 items we had added were professionally and seamlessly added. We could not be happier with our experience! We will be recommending O.J. to all of our friends and family.

They charge triple the price for nothing. I went there twice, both times disappointed. Never coming back again. I asked them if they have fender liners for my Honda. They said its 94$ for one while I got two for 46$. Then I asked them if they could install them if i buy them myself. They said labor is 271$ while I on a regular shop its only 100$. Apart from that they work dirty. I got few obvious scratches from they. And I can hear some sounds whenever I change the gear from R to D. And inside the salon was full of oil marks, I had to clean them myself. Overall 1 out of 10. I would never recommend this place.
