Honda of Seattle is THE place to buy a car. After going to multiple dealerships and talking to multiple agents, I talked to Jonathan and it was a completely different experience. He was very straightforward with the pricing and I did not have to negotiate to get the lowest price which saved a lot of my time and left me happy with my decision to purchase a car here. When the car arrived, Jonathan was a gracious host to us and helped us in every step. He introduced the car and showed the features that were important to us in a detailed way. He was very respectful of our time during the entire process. Even though there are multiple dealerships that were closer to me, I am glad that I went to Honda of Seattle.

I got my first car at Honda of Seattle back in 2016, a Red 2006 Honda Civic coupe, never once did it give a single problem. I loved it so much that it was hard to part with it. I had such a great experience at Honda of Seattle that I had to come back, but not before having some very unsatisfying experiences at other dealerships. Luckily I made it back to Honda of Seattle on July 4th 2021, where I met my sales person, Will Stanton, the moment I walked in he came up and introduced himself and asked me what car I was looking for? I did want a Honda HR-V, but to my luck they only had one Grey HR-V which was gorgeous except I hate grey so I didn’t want because of that. However, before I left, Will Stanton went above and beyond to ask me what qualities was I looking for in a car, which I really hadn’t thought about any, I just wanted and HR-V, I didn’t think about the great qualities a car could have. I was disappointed I didn’t find an HR-V, but then Will Stanton showed me this beautiful white CR-V, he showed me all the cool things that come with the CR-V, that I wanted to buy it so badly, he Helped me through all the process of buying a car, there were a few hiccups that prevented me from buying it but Will Stanton did everything he could to try to help me, after a few hours ,I unfortunately couldn’t buy it. So that was it for me back in July. Will knew I really wanted an HR-V so the moment Honda of Seattle had a white HR-V, Will let me know, so I came back to Honda of Seattle in September 2021, to my luck they had this beautiful brand new 2022 white Honda HR-V, again Will Stanton did a beautiful job in helping me through the process of buying it, even if it took a few hours Will Stanton patiently answered all the questions and concerns I had. And of course his sales team we right there ready to help too. To this day I’m in love with my Honda HR-V! I highly recommend Honda of Seattle for your go to dealership, they are ready to answer any of your questions, specifically Will Staton he is so incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of buying a car, from everything that you need know about a car to helping you make your buying process go very smoothly. He did such a wonderful job, that he is now my fiancé, not only did I get my dream car at Honda of Seattle but I got my dream guy too!

Just bought a 2022 Civic from Honda of Seattle a few weeks ago. This is the only dealer in the Seattle area that does not charge any market mark-up and we are very grateful for that. Wow! What a nice experience I had today with my salesman, Eric. He was very courteous, helpful and answered all of my questions regarding buying a car for the first time. He got me into the car that I fell in love with in ( I’m told) record time. The finance person, also an Eric, was very thorough and also took the time to answer my questions. Both gentlemen made this experience painless. I’m very appreciative of their patience with me and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The actual car buying experience was smooth and was offered an extended warranty. Since it was a used vehicle, we talked about purchasing an extended warranty. I was told that this warranty would cover any issues with the vehicle and if it was not be able to run, the warranty would cover that. I was explicitly told that the warranty covered everything except anything "cosmetic" like a window not rolling up or down. Now, less than a year after I purchased the vehicle, I am having thousands of dollars of repair work that is being done at a different dealership. When I contacted the person who helped me with the purchase of the vehicle and warranty, and asked for an explanation of why I was lied to at the time of purchase, there was no response to any of those questions, only, "here's the cancellation form". The lack of accountability or really any sort of customer service is surprising as when I was there the person was chatty and friendly, and now that I'm having issues, they are short and ignoring my questions and concerns. The dealership my car is at now is very surprised that a car I purchased at another Honda dealership is not working so soon after purchase, and that the warranty the offered does not cover any of the work. When I originally purchased the car, the tire pressure light came on within a day of purchase, and when I called, the salesman said that it would go away (because the cold weather turns them on?). When it obviously wasn't that issue, I brought it into the dealership and there was a rip on on the tire as it was hitting a piece of the car that was sticking into the tire. Also, the air conditioning does not work on the car and unfortunately that was not noticed until I moved back to a warmer area and could not cool the vehicle down in 100' weather. These should have been immediate signs that they didn't do a thorough inspection of the vehicle at the time of purchase and now I am paying for it. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle at this dealership as my car is now not running and I purchased it less than a year ago.
