A big shout out to Andrew, Guillermo and Selena! (Also see bottom) They have consistently provided pleasant and professional service since my purchase in January. And… Today I brought my vehicle in for my first routine service and, although they had unexpected back up, they explained the situation and there was hardly much of a delay after all. As I waited, I happened to be able to observe Guillermo's kind and informative manner with each customer that followed me. Everyone seemed to appreciate the warm welcome and great communication. Very uplifting! In fact, Guillermo even gave me a quick but helpful mini-lesson when I asked for details on checking oil with the dipstick design that was new to me. Lastly, but super inspiring, was the responsiveness I received just a few days ago-- I called early on a Saturday with a question that I believed was urgent. Jim Garcia, my sales person, and Greg Ryan who'd also helped with my purchase and Andrew, Service Specialist, all dropped what they were doing to ensure my car was indeed safe to drive. I felt very supported and reassured!! I can't tell you what it means to have this reliable group of individuals to count on for both regular service and urgent matters!! Great warranty, recall and repair work AND customer service in September 2022, despite being short-handed and busy like everyone else. Selena and the others are excellent. Honda SF is not as inexpensive as some repair shops, but they are straightforward and honest, and I've never had any problems with work done here. Wish they offered ample loaners for those of us coming from far away with multiple fixes needed.

I had an underhood fire that I was able to extinguish using a water bottle. I was only a block away from the dealer and left the Ridgeline with them, expecting to pick it up when I returned to town. About 45 minutes later, I received a call advising the problem was a mouse nest probably on the exhaust manifold between the engine and firewall. No damage. Prompt service and extremely fair charge. Dealer also has the Subaru franchise next door, and I've been extremely happy with them also.

Must say when my wife and I went to look at different mid size SUVs in February I wasn’t expecting to make a purchase for another 6 months or longer. Having been a GM guy for the last 20 years I took my wife to see the CRV and get her thoughts. Main reason was the GM vehicles no longer had at that time active (chip issue) heated seats. We drove a few vehicles, my wife chose the CRV-EX and went home to think it over and decide if we wanted to trade our vehicle in. With new vehicle shortages happening and one was soon to be arriving in the color she liked we went back in and talked numbers. My wife always got along with Jeanette Rodriguez and having had good prior business with parts we decided to trust in J-Rod and Honda. So far no issues with the ride or mechanics 7 months later…..
