Expect an added $6000 of “accessories” to the sale price of the vehicle. This included a market adjustment of $3500-$4000. Was told they can’t advertise their market adjustments like other dealers do. When I asked about their false advertising, I received a shoulder shrug and “that’s just how it is.” Also, “Hometown promise” (2 free oil changes, resist-all interior protection, exterior paint protection, free state inspection) was not negotiable (even though I was being charged for these up front, it was portrayed as “free” benefits.) When the first sheet of paper was brought over with prices, an extended warranty was included in the sales price. No sign of that anywhere on the paper and had I not questioned it, no one would’ve told me. A $32000 car (Honda Accord) turned into $45000. Granted, $4000 was negative equity, however they could not understand why I was confused where the additional charges came from in the sale price. Tax, tag, doc fee totaled roughly $1100. Came back a second time from speaking to a manager and acted like I should’ve been thankful that they “took $1000 off the accessories.” No thanks. Asked for the GM. He had “just stepped out.” I thanked them for their time, and left. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Service department will not take responsibility for the poor workmanship they applied to my Honda Pilot. Transmission replacement has now resulted in the need to replace a wheel, rotors, hubs, etc. the tech went at my car with a big hammer and since this was service to an out of state car (trans failure at 60K while traveling) they want to leave me hanging.

Absolute bait & switch! We found a car online, went out on Sunday even though they were closed. My daughter read the fine print of the advertising, which said there was a $500 credit for financing w them, $1k credit for trade in. This was a used car and we didn’t need their financing options, nor were we trading anything. I called & spoke to a very nice salesperson who confirmed that the advertised price would increase by $1500 and that in addition to taxes & tags they have a $1k processing fee! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A PROCESSING FEE THAT HIGH! That is an enormous processing fee, in addition to falsely advertising the price. The owners are taking advantage of people in one of the poorest counties in the state.

Called and spoke with salesman about a vehicle, was told it was in store before driving 2.5 hours away to take a look at it. I was told by not only 1 but 2 salespeople they pulled keys so it would be there when I got there. Somehow between the time I left and the time I got there the vehicle was shown, test driven, and went through finance and gone before I even got there even after numerous calls verifying it was still available for purchase and being told they could hold it the necessary couple hours it took me to get there that day.



Worst experience ever buying a car! Process took forever and figured quote wrong and kept having to redo figures. Was told to bring car back to have detailed. When I picked it up, whoever "cleaned "car rubbed headliner so hard it tore a hole in it, dirt left under mats, hole pocked in driver seat and whatever was sprayed to "clean" was all over seats, dirty windows. Whoever did this told nobody what he did. New liner ordered and when put in, they left black smudges all over new liner ,creases were all in liner where it was bent installing it, visor literally fell in my lap while driving cause it was not put back in properly, black smudges on back of both visors.. ANOTHER liner ordered and put in but guy never showed up to fix hole in seat. Oh and car had flat tire that they neglected to fix even though tire pressure light was on. I added air and had to keep checking daily and adding air til they finally ordered new tire. On a positive note they did also replace the other back tire so they would match. Clerk waited too long to process paper work and was never told not to cancel insurance on trade and I was transferring plates so then I get insurance cancellation notice from DMV. Told clerk about this and she tried to play it off. Once dealerwork finally processed, they send registration card to wrong address so it got returned and sat on her desk for 2 weeks. Had to call to see where the heck my registration was. Asked why I haven't been called to bring car back to have hole fixed and was told guy had quit and they were waiting to find somebody else. I was NEVER called to let me know what was taking so long. Whenever I would call, I would get voicemail and most of the time , calls were never returned. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!! They deserve no star!
