Very impressed by the professional and efficient atmosphere at this dealership, especially the service department. Vince helped me out with my car. He was honest and a great communicator the whole time I was having my vehicle serviced, for what was a very complex and difficult situation. I’m glad to say it took less time than initially estimated and I was very happy with the results of having taken my Civic there that morning. I will bring my car in for regular services in the near future, because of the professionalism and the very fast and reliable customer service.

I live in the valley so the drive was a bit of a distance for me. I needed a new side mirror. Called and spoke to their parts department and the rep (sadly I forgot his name.. sorry) was helpful and gave me the run down on parts, prices, availability, and such.. then I got transferred to the service department cause I wanted to get it done ASAP. Karen picked up and she was awesome! Very helpful and informative. She even helped me set up to go paperless (save the trees y'all! HA!). Anyway, took about an hour and a half and when it was all said and done, my side mirror looked fresh and I was happy it won’t be hard to switch lanes.. at the end tho, we noticed a part of the mirror kinda popped out and one of their guys was walking by (Chris) and just like that, he popped it back in place and everything was awesome again! Excellent service like this is why I keep going and will continue going to Honda of Pasadena.

I was looking to trade in my car for an HR-V and went to several dealerships for a good deal. I came across the Honda of Pasadena and checked the value of my trade in, and very quickly I got a call from their internet sales department. Made a trip to dealer and Kenny La helped us out and got us a very good deal. The car wasn’t in stock yet so I waited for about a week. When it arrived, I was happy with the vehicle and especially the service. Kenny was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Within the week I got it, he called me to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle. As of now, I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the great service. We took our vehicle at Honda of Pasadena eventhough we live so far away. The service is superb compared to other dealership. Karen the representative who took care of us were very attentive and listened to every concern addressing them promptly. She followed up after our visits to make sure our vehicle is fine. Robert, an amazing mechanic who spent time with our vehicle, and make sure he found and fixed our car issue. He is the best mechanic we have ever met. We will come back to Honda of Pasadena again for other maintenance need on both of our vehicles. Thank you again Karen and Robert.

Eddie was pleasant, kind and efficient. He upheld a pricing glitch in the system. He made me feel like he was most concerned about providing me the best service. He also showed me a really cool feature with rolling down my windows. I love that Honda Pasadena has a pickup and drop off service!!!
