Great dealership for buying or servicing your car. The sales manager is super nice and not high pressure. They have a great inventory - vehicles I could find at other dealerships. I've had great experience with their service department. The guys seem very honest and knowledgeable. Occasionally I do try to do my own maintenance and I have to say their parts department is the best I've been to. Most parts guys will miss parts, order too many parts, or the wrong thing entirely. These guys always get it right. No matter which department you're here for, it's one of the best dealership experiences in St. Louis.

I was in communication with Matt Pals, the online person yesterday regarding a vehicle. He made an an appointment for me today at 9 am (Saturday). I told him I was driving an hour to the dealership. He said being the last day of the year the managers would want to give a good deal off the list price. At 8:04 am Saturday I received a confirmation text confirming my appointment. I arrived and they told me all sales people were in a meeting, so I waited 20 minutes. Finally someone asked what I was waiting for and brought me to his booth. I told him I had an appointment but I was concerned because the vehicle was not on the lot. He looked on the computer and went to find his manager. The manager told me the vehicle was brought somewhere to fix a dent and would not be back until Tuesday after the holidays. I asked the best price he could give and said he can't come off the asking price. I told him Matt said they would give good deals because of the last day of the year and then he said maybe $750 off. I got up and left. Moral of the story, they will lie to you to get you on their lot and not care you had to drive 2 hours round trip to do it. They do not communicate with one another as the vehicle was not even on the lot. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
