As a first time car buyer at a dealership (and someone who very, very rarely buys cars) I was blown away by my experience at this Honda. I chose this place based on the great reviews and inventory on their lot and they did not disappoint. We walked away with our first family car and we could not be more excited. Firstly, AC treated us exceptionally well. He was kind and upfront, which is refreshing in any buying process. He was beyond accommodating with my particular wants/needs for the vehicle we were after and I truly can’t say enough great things about working with him. I’d go through the process all over again just to work with him! Benji and Erick were also great to work with and they made sure everything was taken care of on the financial end, with my trade in, and spent the time necessary to walk me through all the awesome features and info about my new CR-V. Amazing experience with Rafael in new cars, as well as the sales management and finance staff. The process was a breeze! One of the quickest new car transactions I've done, and a fair, stress-free process. After spending ALL day car shopping and having 2 bad experiences at other dealerships I had given up on my search for a new vehicle. But, then I ran across the style of vehicle I was looking at on their website and decided to give it one last try at 7pm! Everyone at this dealership was exceptionally kind and helpful. I used their services and the staff did a good job providing my car with service (oil change, tire rotation, refiling washer fluid, etc.) and handling anything else that I needed. It was a while (almost 8 months), since my car was serviced and they did a good job and performed a much needed inspection and service on my car. There is plenty of seating options and the dealer is right of the highway, so it's easy to reach. They also did a good job following up with me and answering any questions that I had. The staff were nice and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. There were a nice waiting area and I'll come here again if I'm in the area and need car service.

I bought a vehicle from this location 3 weeks ago, promptly totaled it! Nervously I went right back to purchase another vehicle. Ruben walked me through all the safety options and features and made sure I was comfortable driving my next purchase! Then we were moved over to financing, and Benny “Honda” walked us through everything step by step. After this wreck we wanted to make sure we were completely covered at an affordable price!
