I recently purchased the 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Touring from Honda of Chantilly and had a great experience. This was my first new car purchase and James Chung was an awesome salesman. He was attentive and gave so much useful information about the car. My finance manager, Muhammad Shaikh, was amazing as well. He was personable and made the experience as easy and straightforward as possible. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I purchased my first car with James Chung. He was very informative and made sure that I was making all of the right decisions. He was very educated in the car i was purchasing and went through all the features with me which made me feel comfortable before i left with my new car! Honda Chantilly has a nice waiting room, a quiet room, and plenty of space to relax while waiting for your car services. James took me on a tour around the building and into the services department so I knew where to locate everything! Staff was very friendly and I overall had a great experience and would recommend him and Honda Chantilly to my friends and family.

My husband totaled his car when hitting a deer and we knew we needed to buy a new car. Our last new car was a 2010 and a lot has changed in the automotive world since then. We were apprehensive to go car shopping but we knew we wanted a Honda this time around. Due to the world we live in, not to many dealerships had inventory or, at least, the inventory we were looking for. I found Honda of Chantilly online and inquired about a few vehicles. Mike S. got back to me right away with prices. He asked what I was looking for in a payment and worked up a few numbers for me. We made the decision to drive 1 hr to meet up with Mike at the dealership. He was understanding of what we needed, not pushy at all, very honest with his opinions on models and the extras he would want himself. We couldn't have asked for a better sales person. This is our second time purchasing from Honda or Chantilly. Dante L came out to greet us and answered all our questions. I had narrowed down what I wanted so he patiently took us for test drives in a few different vehicles. He found the model I really wanted (just come in and at the warehouse) and had it brought down for me. I can honestly say it was an enjoyable morning and Dante’s patience ensured I ended up with the perfect car for me.

I visited Honda of Chantilly and purchased a brand new HR-V last week. Everything was done pretty smoothly and very professionally by the sales and finance team, I got the keys just in a couple of hours and drove back home on my new car. I spoke with James Chung and worked through the car dealership to purchase a 2018 Camry. The whole thing was painless, but I do recommend having financing pre-approved before purchasing, and the VSC is optional as well. Great price, good salesmanship. Would definitely return and try a Honda.

This is my third car from this dealership and I must say every time I come here I leave VERY satisfied. I moved to Maryland about 3years ago and have a Honda dealership about 10mins down the street from me. I drove a whole hr just to visit my friends at Chantilly Honda for my new car. Rojay helped me through the whole process and was knowledgeable about the cars Honda sold. We checked out a few and even test drove one. He showed me all new and exciting features Honda has to offer. He even helped me snag the new civic (which are selling out FAST, hurry.) My son even talks about going back to the dealership haha he loved the play area. Rob in finance was also amazing as well, any questions you have about the finance options, he’s your guy.
