I was considering trading in my car which I had originally purchased at Honda of Aventura and always serviced there. My salesman was Geiorgios and he was extremely helpful, efficient and patient. Also the financial advisor, Tito was also excellent. Because of them I drive home in my new honda

Women go at your own risk. This is definitely a company who believes women know nothing about cars and will try to add extra fees last minute. I made an appointment for a simple oil change over the phone and was quoted the price of $54. I even told the agent the type of car I had the model and the type of oil my car takes. When my appointment came I was handed a bill for $81 and told that is the price and no one told me $54. The manager told me there was nothing he could do because the agent did not leave any notes. Had I known that the agent was lying I would have never made the appointment.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE! wish I could give 0 stars! Me and my bf financed a “certified pre-owned vehicle” from here and already had 3 different problems with the car in less than a month. We went in and tried to talk to the manager and it seemed like he didn’t want to help. He told us he would buy the car lower than what we paid and that we wouldn’t like that and to defer to the Honda warranty. They also don’t let you take advantage of the prices listed on the website. When you come in, they’ll tell you the price on the website is incorrect and they charge you 3k over. Then once you sign for the car, it’s magically that number like they’re giving you a deal. This place is a scam selling bad cars at high prices. I don’t think the cars are certified at all and there’s more problems with the cars than they initially tell you. We called Honda Corporate and opened a case, so they”ll be dealing with them.

The staff was super helpful and really fast. This overall was the quickest most painless vehicle purchase I have ever made and the third purchase from this location. Great job to all involved and look forward to my next purchase and of course referral. Thanks Geo

I returned my lease. This is my second or third lease with Honda of Aventura. I met with Geiorgios and had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Leo. They went above and beyond to help with a request. They were professional, compassionate, and genuine. I'm grateful for their service and I would recommend them!!! 🙏

Please RUN if you can!! They will take advantage of you if you're a woman getting your car service and will tamper with your car. The morning crew are awesome and very kind but the afternoon crew are a nightmare. Either way overall it's a no. Nobody should have to constantly send a man to ensure their car is being serviced properly. The manager is very kind and will do his job to correct his workers dirty work. However, somebody has to be held accountable. They literally messed up my car because I had the last APPOINTMENT for the evening and ruined my car. If you can get your car serviced in either Broward or Doral.

They would tell you that they have a car that you are looking for if you ask them over the phone. when you get there phone operator who you spoke to will bring you to the sales person. Then they will tell you they sold it yesterday and will show you another type of car they barely have. Don't be tricked and Double check before you get there. I would not recommend anyone here or never come back.

Geiorgios Helped me out getting a new vehicle, the price was fair and the service was very excellent. He made things go buy very quick which made it seem like i wasn't there for too long. Highly recommend Geiorgios for your next car purchase.
