Bad buying experience. I am a repeat customer as well. I traded in a car and bought a used 2018 accord last month, the evening I took it home it started flashing brake system malfunctions on the dash and having issues with acceleration. I took it back the next day and dropped it off in service. I immediately said I wasn’t comfortable with the car and offered to either buy a different accord or a new one. They have a love it or leave it policy. However they do t tell you that if you trade you will lose the sales tax savings from the trade with the policy. My sales guy was super nice but the sales manager said they “couldn’t cancel the deal” and I would have to trade the car in if I wanted to get a different one. He then offered me $5000 less than I paid the day before. I was blown away and refused, it was insane. The service manager was the one bright spot he has been excellent. He assured me he would find the problem and get it fixed. What option did I have at this point… I have now had the car back 4 times for the same issue in the last few weeks and they think they have it now fixed. I just wanted people to be aware of the type of service to expect from the sales side of something is wrong with a used car.

Marcus Rogers is honestly the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. He’s very laid back, kind, and not pushy whatsoever to make a sale. I’ll definitely be referring people to him.

This is the only dealership that I will ever purchase my vehicle from. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. They take great care of their customers. Every sales rep I have worked with has been great, but this last visit with sales rep Brennan Travis was superb. He listened to what we wanted and helped us purchase our 2022 Honda Pilot Black Edition. We love our car and Brennan made sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend Honda Kingsport for anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

I had a very pleasant encounter with senior salesman John Witt at Honda Kingsport this past weekend. I had decided to sell our CR-V (for personal reasons, nothing wrong with the car) and John was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. He explained the procedure, gave me a fair price for the vehicle and handled the transaction quickly and professionally - all the while maintaining a cordial and welcoming demeanor. I would certainly recommend John for any of your vehicle needs whether it is for buying or selling. I will definitely call on him in the future when it is time for me or a family member to purchase another car.

I’ve always had the perfect experience from sales to service with every visit at Honda of Kingsport. My salesman Chris Churchwell assisted in the purchase of my first new car. He is efficient and honest. He stayed after hours to ensure he was there for the delivery of my vehicle. I commute two hours one way to have my routine maintenance performed at this location. Because of the excellent service I received from Chris and the rest of the staff, I will be a forever customer.

Honestly, I previously left a less than desirable review but after ironing it all out, and throwing the previous miscommunication out the window, they are very good group of people to work with. What made me rethink my review was Jason contacting me to work it out which I very much respect because it’s hard to get any company to listen. The miscommunication was resolved and the final process from buying it to leaving was simple, straight forward and easy. Ashley M was our sales person and she made it painless and easy! Much appreciated and I will for sure come back.

When my car broke down 400 miles from home and I pulled into this Honda Dealership, I got great service from the service department. What I didn't expect was a pushy salesperson to chase me around with "updates" that should have come from the service manager. The service manager was great. Overall service was great. But I feel that the salesperson inflated the situation to try to get me into a new minivan that was fresh off the truck while my family and I were stranded in the waiting area. I am grateful for the shuttle service that took us away from the pushy salesperson. The thing that kept me sane was being able to call my trusted Honda Service Advisor back at home who helped me to understand the situation better. The service advisor at Kingsport was also great. The fact that the service advisors from both places came to the same conclusion/fix, helped me put my mind at ease on deciding the right course of action... and that didn't involve buying a new car. The car runs smoother than ever.

Great place for purchase or service. At first considered buying new car and they had just what I wanted, thinking my current car was disabled for 3 to 6 months was signing to buy when found out part was in earlier than expected. Sales was gracious and understanding, service was fantastic and got my car back on road immediately. I can’t thank Honda of Kingsport enough for their wonderful customer service. Special thanks to Chase, my sales rep, and Anthony and Zack, and appreciation to Chris and Tim in service and parts. Great company.
