If you come here I highly recommend you ask for Rene. Its hard to find a sales person that isn’t eager to just sell you the car. He took his time to explain the features of the car and everything that there was to it. He was able to get me a very good price that worked out for both of us. He kept me updated and answered every question that i could think of. Overall it was a 10 out 10 experience.

Yes, Tony was an awesome sales man... he was very honest, helpful & caring. He listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver excellent service. He made sure to find a vehicle that I would love and for that I am very appreciative. Also Jermaine from the finance department was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail. He made sure that the process went smooth and fast. I also love That the whole experience wasn't a pushy experience. The service tech was very nice & professional. He updated me about what was going on with my vehicle. The sevice time was really good on this visit. I didn't have to wait 2-3 hours for a oil change/tire rotation. The lady at the checkout was very nice & pleasant as well. It was a refreshing change from the ladies that were there before. I was very happy overall with my experience.

"bait and switch" pricing, don't believe the sticker price. Our salesman, Rene, wanted to add $5k reconditioning fee to the list price, saying that it's needed for overhead of the dealer. In their defense, this happened within 30min of me talking with them, so I didn't waste too much time there, however I was upfront with them that I had previously come from other dealers that tried this same tactic and I walked; so knowing that they wouldn't be able to pull this gimmick on me, maybe they just wanted to save time. Regardless, we found another dealer in town, Easy Honda, to not have any of these unnecessary fees, fair pricing, and professional. I'd recommend them for your used car experience

Mr. Floyd Chambers and Mr. Elvis (sorry I missed his last name) were incredible helpful and kind throughout the process. I appreciated being given advice on my options and respected for my choices. They were clear in their delivery and willing to do what they could to make sure I was fully informed and prepared for my purchase. I also was given a good trade for my previous 2012 Civic. I love my new Accord!

Buyer beware! My experience purchasing a car at this dealership (Sept 2022) has been the worst I've ever had. I saw a Honda Pilot I liked and they tried to make me pay an additional 6K in tax! It took 2 weeks of negotiation to bring the price down to something more reasonable. I believe they sold me a faulty car. Within hours of the Honda Pilot being delivered to my address the emissions warning light came on. I took it back to the dealership and they claimed they had serviced it and solved the problem. A few days later, the light came back on. They finally admitted the car needed a part but it took 3 weeks to order it. In this time, they failed to communicate with me or return my calls requesting updates. When the part did come in, they informed me it would be a 1.5 hour wait but made me wait 3 hours! They said it would be quicker if I 'paid' for it which I refused to do because I believe they had sold me a faulty vehicle. In my opinion they are unprofessional in every way and are damaging the reputable name of Honda. Please be warned and buy your Honda elsewhere. I wish i had paid a little more and gone to Carmax, at least they have integrity. Very dissatisfied customer.
