I had my 2018 Honda Accord worked on. All the warning lights came on and the car started to run rough. After running diagnostics and a test drive, the mechanic found a hose had detached from the turbo. The mechanic had to remove the intake piping to access the turbo piping to reposition the hose and tighten the hose clamp. I was charged $280 for labor and $28 shop fee. When I got home, I open the hood to show my wife what the problem was. There are four plastic clips that hold the air intake down. Of the four, one was missing and two others were broken at the top. You think for $300, if they broke the plastic clips, that they would replace them with new ones. This was a costly repair to tighten a $3 hose clamp.

My daughter made her first big girl purchase--a 2022 Honda Accord. Mr James W. was amazing, and made this experience a positive one for her. I also loved that they took the time to show her all of the features of her new car and offered many opportunities for her to ask further questions if she needed to do so. The management team can be a little pushy when you're negotiating, but overall everyone made her first purchase possible and memorable.

I HATE buying a car. Past experiences have left me cringing at the thought of high pressure sales persons, etc. To my pleasant surprise (and relief), I actually enjoyed my experience at Aiken Honda. The sales rep, Kaitlin, was very pleasant to work with, and was both personable and professional. The sales manager and finance rep were equally low key, and made the transaction smooth and seamless. I would return to them for a future purchase.

The sales personnel are very nice and friendly. Arvin, especially, is a good person to work with. The trouble with this place is the Finance Manager. While there were a few issues with the initial deal I was overall happy with the deal. I decided to go in a different direction for the extended warranty and this is where the trouble began. Initially I emailed the salesperson and finance manager about the cancellation procedure and got no response. Finally got a call from the salesperson and set up a time to cancel the extended warranty. When sitting in the finance manager office he began questioning me why I was cancelling. It was none of his business. He was very arrogant and condescending. I took a picture of the form and noticed later that he had not dated it. Seemed a little shady to me. Arvin had noticed I was upset when I left and the sales manager called me. I told him what happened and he took care of the date. I returned to get a copy and ended up cancelling all the add-ons because I will not deal with that finance manager again. All personnel should be treated with respect whether buying or cancelling a product. They definitely lost me as a customer.
