I had a flat tire during my trip to Auburn. When I brought my car to Hinshaw's Honda last Saturday early in the morning, Chris is the technician to help me. The service department opens at 8AM, but he actually came out earlier to help me. He is very friendly and his explanation of the potential problem and possible solution is very precise and his follow-up after the initiate check-up is equally swift. At the end I had to change a pair of tires, but the service was done in a little bit over an hour, and I am very satisfied. Overall a great experience!

I have had great interactions with everyone at Hinshaw’S Honda over the years that have made it easy to come back time and time again. My first car purchase was with Charles and he has been supportive and proactive. I appreciate that he goes above and beyond and I know at the end of the day he is always looking to make me a deal and look out for my well-being and not just a sale. When I contacted Charles about replacing my sunroof after a rock shattered it, he looked at not only the cost of the repair but where I was at in my payments and everything and looked for any savings for me. With the current market, everything is competitive and I felt confident that Charles would act on behalf to ensure that I received the vehicle I wanted and would be over the moon about. About the best car buying experience I could ask for. No pressure, relaxed and left with a very good and fair deal. Our sales associate Imar White was great and would definitely recommend looking for him. Financing was fast and again no pressure. Awesome.

I can't speak for their new cars, but I would avoid their used inventory. I was interested in a used Ford focus they had and contacted the dealership. I appreciated the quick responses. I drove over an hour to see the car because the pictures and carfax looked good. When I got there, there were some immediate red flags. First, they parked it in the shade so I wouldn't notice that the paint on the back panel didn't match. Looked under the car, the shock was leaking. So obviously this car had been hit. For nearly $18,000 I expected to see it in good condition. Also made sense that it had brand new wheels, because one must have been destroyed in the wreck. Then I went to the other side. The passenger door had a credit card size flaw in the paint, extremely noticeable. They had 0 photos of this door online, conveniently enough. Also, the car was just overall very scratched and very dirty inside. The rash guard on the front was way more beaten than the average car, it literally looked like they took it stump-jumping. I'm still interested in the model, so I took it for a test drive. As I was about to back it in, the salesman tried to convince me to park it where it was. When I said I wanted to test the backup camera, it was only then that he said it was faulty. Online the photo showed it worked, and I seriously doubt he would have mentioned it if I hadn't tried to use it. That rubbed me the wrong way, as they were clearly trying to hide all the problems this car has. I know that shopping for used cars is a mixed bag and they all have flaws, but for the dealership and salesman to try to hide this many problems reflects badly. Personally I would not trust the quality of their cars.

He made it easy to go through the process and treated my family with respect and cared enough to engage and connect. He went above and beyond his position to make sure we were his number one priority. We traveled 2 hours to get here and he emphasized our business was appreciated.
