I highly recommend Hilton Head Honda's Service Department. I have never received anything but 5 Star service each time I go. The staff especially Sue and the Service Manager Marno have treated me like family. I find them to be honest and caring. They have always given me great advice on the repairs for my vehicles and have saved me money. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and there is always coffee and pastries available which is free. My wife and daughter also service their cars at Hilton Head Honda and feel the same way. Best Dealership Service i have ever experienced !!!

I have begin by saying that my experience with this dealership was nothing less than exceptional. We were driving down from Pittsburgh and we were 6 hours into our drive and we had a check engine light turn on. I called and Sue, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. Upon my arrival to my appointment I was told that I would get updates and that is an understatement. Not only was I given a detailed estimate, WITH PICTURES, Sue called me within 10 minutes of receiving the text to go through the recommended services and also provided us with a loaner car. When I picked up the loaner, I was able to walk back with our technician, Kevin, and he showed me exactly what was needed and explained everything to me and made me feel confident about the repairs. Long story short, our 2012 Odyssey has never run this GREAT. ALL dealerships need to emulate this level of service and commitment. 10/10 recommended. THANK YOU for getting our vehicle the best service it needed to give us a safe ride home.

Hilton Head Honda Service and Sales provides excellent customer care. We bought two of our most recent autos from them. We have been service customers for almost 20 years. We just had our 2020 Honda Odyssey serviced. Sue was the Service Manager. She coordinated everything in a professional manner. All details were completed on time. The cost was reasonable.

I'll never use anyone else again. From the Service Advisor team, cashier, parts, head of the mechanics and his team, they are all running on all cylinders. If they can save you money they will. I didn't have an appointment but I was in and out quickly. It's about having personal relationships and building trust. Hilton Head Honda is across the board the best dealership in South Carolina, hands down. I recommend if you have a car, bring it to Hilton Head Honda. No matter what kind of car or where you purchased, you won't have a better Service experience in the region. The best every time!

By far, this Honda Dealership is awesome. Mrs. Sue has always been my go to person and she is the best in Services. She’s very knowledgeable and a great person to work with on getting your vehicle serviced. Jason is our Sales Agent and I wouldn’t dare ask for another person. He have called me every year on my birthday and given me the best wishes. The services Mrs. Sue and Jason provide are our #1 reason we keep going back. Overall, all the staff are very nice and helpful. Please give them a chance and start doing business with them; the will not let you down.

The staff was extremely helpful on the phone and in person. Mrs. Sue (service advisor) was one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with at a car dealership! She was extremely helpful and even was kind enough to secure a loaner car for me and hold on to it until I could get back to the dealership to pick it up.
