Even after i was approved for a certain monthly payment and APR the Hertrich Honda group continued to work to get me an even LOWER monthly payment the night I came in to buy the car. 10/10 highly recommend this location and be sure to ask for Alex upon arrival. 💯💯💯

First of all I’m not entitled “Karen” person type. I waited 6 months to write this review. I taught I give them chance to fix their mistakes - they never did, they never follow up issues they created, they only make you to chase them. The finance office is the worst experience I’ve ever had in dealership. Mr Shenton acting like he’s a very busy man who’s doing you a favor, he’s not hiding how much he’s despising you, always sound very annoyed. He clearly need a training in communication. Mr Raspberry is fast, but will try to screw you financially, would not stick with initial deal and would secretly add some additional stuff without telling you. I found other reviews that they did it to other people too. Basically they’re con artists, because it’s not just one time, they do it systematically. Once they mess up, you would have to chase them forever and good luck with that. Take a witness with you when you go there to buy a car, document everything that was said and calculated or better go to another dealership, to save yourself mentally and financially. My next car will be purchased in another dealership. I need to add that they do an excellent service when you need an oil change, mr Pete is great! But that’s the only good thing.

Devin Stanford is the absolute best salesperson that we have ever dealt with. He's very thorough and explained everything to us. Very knowledgeable young man. If you go there make sure you have Devin as your salesperson. If he's not there wait for him, you won't be sorry!!! Thanks again Devin for a wonderful experience!!!!!!!

We moved to Easton about a year ago and fortunately started getting our 2014 Odyssey with over 170,000 miles serviced at Hertrich. In addition to the good work by the mechanics I've especially appreciated Peter, one of their service advisors. For example, yesterday I called him about an unusual, almost embarrassing problem. My utility trailer was firmly jammed against the rear bumper. He said if I could drive it there safely, possibly they could fix it. They didn't laugh and were able to quickly free the trailer and at no charge. Thank you Service Department !!!

Wish there was a 10 star rating. Landon is a great person. I would say salesperson but never has he once made us feel anything less than family. He has sold us 5 cars and makes us feel like family every time. We will continue to do business with him. No matter where he works we will follow.

Had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle yesterday from Hertrich Honda in Easton and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. We met with a Manager Sean R. Who was phenomenal. I spoke with him earlier in the day about a vehicle and a price. We wanted a roof rack put on the car. He found they had the roof rack and agreed to install it without asking for a deposit. We arrived and Sean worked through a busy finance office and sold the car for less than we quoted. I highly recommend Sean R and Hertrich Honda!
