I recently visited this place for detailing. They charged me around 220$ and they told they will clean the entire car (interior and exterior) along with waxing. They forgot to clean few places and damaged the rim of the wheel which I found at before the delivery. I felt they just did vacuum and gave the delivery, I told them I am not satisfied and went through few places which was dirty. They promised me they will fix the rim along with the cleaning of the entire car again. I went in the evening and they fixed the new rim and oh god again they didn’t perform the cleaning, I asked them and they told that’s the best we can do. Terrible customer service and totally unhappy. The detailing doesn’t worth 30$

I’ve had my new 2023 Touring Odyssey in White for almost two weeks now and couldn’t have been more pleased. Aaron Phillips was able to help coordinate the entire process from start to finish with Alpha Bah as sales manager overlooking any of my concerns. I was willing to search out-of-state to find the exact trim/color we looking for. Even though these guys were over 300 miles away, they welcomed me with open arms and they made sure I had everything I needed. We ordered a bunch of accessories, so we’re currently still waiting for some stuff to get off backorder, but we will be driving back down again once they’re available. Getting to the point, they’re very thorough and transparent and I couldn’t have chosen a better dealership. Thanks again guys, I’ll be sure to be back soon enough for all our Honda needs.

I just got my Honda Passport Trailsport this afternoon at Herson Honda. First time in my life that I felt no pressure when negotiating for new car. Ryan and Noella provided very professional services. Ryan, my sale consultant, clearly explained everything about the car for me. He gave me the out of the door price that was reasonable during this crazy time. Noella, the finance manager, walked me through the paperwork easily without hassles. She was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Herson’s Honda to meet all your car buying expectations.
Felt very welcome and very accommodating! We went there with bunch of questions and not knowing where to start! With everything going on right now gas prices and shortage of cars, everything is very stressful!!! However, Keven A and Alpha were amazing during this transition time!!! Walked in a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Val and I can't say enough good things about her. She was professional yet personable. I scheduled a dedicated time with her to buy a car so I could make sure I wasn't going to be pulled away again. On that date, Val worked with her team to get me exactly what I was looking for. The car I was looking for was sold before I was able to make it in. I didn't take issue with this because they need to make their sales but they did not have another on the lot. They did everything they could to get me another same day. Val worked with Pat behind the scenes to get a car on the lot for me. There was good communication so I knew what was going on the entire time. They pulled another through connections. They checked over the car before they would go through the sale with me to make sure it was up to their standards then detailed it after a test drive. They got me back to Noella to do paperwork and she explained everything well and concisely. She explained the numbers and didn't press me hard to up sell. She let the numbers and my situation dictate my decision. 10/10 experience for me. They all were great at their roles.
Sketchy. Came in looking for a car within a budget because my old one was on the verge of dying. Initial guy to help me out was named Andrew and believe me he was awesome. We managed to get me something that although I was hesitant about, we worked it out together to reach an agreeable number. Now here comes what I think is where if you're buying here you should be aware. I'm sure if you're a more experienced shopper (Admittedly I was not) but when signing paperwork with a different person, I was told about a bunch of different add-ons (which I was not interested in) and I was ready to decline it all until I was told it would be included in my car payment we discussed before. The words used were "This is included in your payment of (Number we agreed on before)". If this is clear to you then I'm okay with being mistaken but those words don't sound like "This is going to be added to the number you discussed before." Their reasoning after finding out later was "Usually when I tell people like that they understand." Which I find completely anecdotal instead of making things completely clear and giving me a final number before I walked out with the keys. In short the experience was enjoyable sure, but I'm now stuck with a car payment I wasn't told the final number to and they cannot do anything for me in regards to it. Take this as either "Listen better" I guess or "Be more informed" because I had no issues whatsoever with the salesmen but when it went over to other people is when I began having problems understand I suppose. Cars great though. It do be blue.
Great experience. Called and got an appointment for A1 service same day. Fast and friendly on the phone. Leonardo was my onsite guy.. great customer service skills. Beat the quoted time, walked through everything they did. In and out in under 45 minutes. Keep up the good work, I'll be back again. Thanks!!
