This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a dealership and then when I picked my car up my headlight wasn’t working which was perfectly fine when I dropped my car off. I called and was told that I would have to leave my car again after already leaving it from Friday to Wednesday and then said it probably wasn’t related to my issue that I had. Never again, you all lost a longtime customer!

They speak with forked tongue. They sell cars out from under people. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. AVOID AT ALL COST. Got negative response and chills just talking on phone. Possibly located on sacred burial grounds. They could use a full-time Shaman to control all the angry spirits.

Everything went smoothly, as it has every time we have bought from Herrin-Gear. I picked out my truck on the internet, Justin called to start the buying process, Vonis finished it up for me, and the truck was delivered to my home (50 miles from the dealership) the same afternoon. The paperwork was signed at my dining room table and the truck was mine before the sun went down.

Dont know why it is every time my grandson take his car their the service man Fod give him a hard time,we have an extended warranty so its covered but they always ask for $200 diagnostic fee, Not going to get!! And warranty covers a rental car, But was told they dont have a contract with any rental car company, WTH, you are a repair shop. Fod in Service department is not very knowledgeable about ext warranty contracts.He tried to tell me stuff about how the warranty company works and I knew it was a lied,called them on three way so he can get the info first hand and everything I said they repeated it.I dont just sign I read small print and all.I wish Mississippi had a Sandy Sansing Chevrolet.....Maybe Mr Sansing can buy one there and show everybody the VIP experience as he do here in Pensacola Florida
