I feel I must write a review to compliment Hendrick Honda and more importantly Jacob Williams in the purchase of my new Honda Accord Hybrid. Jacob was my sales associate and in the end felt more like a friend. He spent as much time as my husband and I required, was very knowledgeable about the product he was introducing us to, answered every question with patience and a smile. There was zero stress which is a first in my car buying experience. Since owning my car, iced texted him with questions and he answered my messages promptly and happily. I for one will be a repeat customer of the dealership due to his expertise! Thank you all!

My husband and I have been searching for a second vehicle for our family for a couple of months now. We live in southeast Georgia and none of the Honda dealerships around us had inventory available, at least for the models we were interested in. I expanded my search online and found Hendrick Honda of Charleston. We worked with Daniel Aldrich and he made it such an easy process. He was super helpful and understanding of all of our needs. He wanted to ensure that we were satisfied with our decision at all steps in the process. Along with Daniel, the rest of the staff was professional and kind to us as well. The entire facility was welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left with the exact vehicle my husband was looking for!

Really great experience with Hendricks Honda! I wanted to trade my 2020 Accord for something different and was able to have Isaac help order a new SUV! He was great, answered any questions we had. Kept me updated while the vehicle was in transit. His manager Nikki Joyce was very pleasant and kept our 1 year old entertained for a few while we waited! I definitely recommend this dealership!

Went to Honda the other day because I was looking to trade my 2013 Civic. I went in nervous about getting a car because this was my first car purchase by myself with none of my parents with me. My salesperson Ms. Bria Liferidge made me feel right at home as soon as we spoke. I let her know what I was looking for and she got me exactly what I wanted. With her help along with Mr. Sam Patel working on the backend with the bank I was able to leave with my Black 2020 Honda Civic and I couldn’t be happier. During our honeymoon we ended up needing an oil change while visiting Charleston, SC. I made the call to Hendrick Honda of Charleston and had an appointment within the next hour! Mark Mounts was our service advisor who quickly came to the bay and took all of our information needed! From start to finish Mark not only accommodated our car needs, but also answered our tourist questions and pointed us in the directions every tourist could need!! Mark was very professional, accommodating, helpful, kind, and friendly! He offered us the upmost hospitality and treated us like family!!! This was definitely one of the best experiences experienced from a dealership or automotive service center! We’re undoubtedly so thankful we stopped in!!

Jacob Williams is definitely best salesman I've had in my lifetime. Also working with a good team in the dealership. He never gave up looking for a car and never felt like I was being pushed into something else that I did not want. The car we got fits our needs perfect. This dealership made purchasing a car so easy! Our car was totaled and we had 1 week to find a replacement so, needless to say we were a little stressed about it. Michelle made the entire process easy and pressure free. From offering a look at cars we had researched online, as well as using her expertise to offer some other options, we were able to look at and test drive several options. Thanks to her we found our perfect match, and a car I had never known would be one to look at! Yahia was absolutely phenomenal with helping in the land of financing as well. He was direct but understanding of our needs. He made everything understandable, which I truly appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to any and all family or friends looking for a new car.
