Recently purchased a used Toyota Corolla 2020 from Hardin Honda, the buying process was swift and straightforward thanks to my Helpful Honda sales man Christian Canizal . Also big thanks for the Finance Manager Arnaldo who was professioanl, friendly, proactive, and just a great person to deal with. He helped me getting the Finance price of my vehicle down to a reasonable monthly payments. Would recommend him to anyone who comes by this dealership! I need to add that he also helped me in the after sales service cause the battery was dead in few days after I bought the vehicle and Hardin Honda Service Team replaced it with a new battery. I will also be recommending this dealership to all of my family and friends. Thank you Arnaldo!
I have been taking my car here for 10 years! Darin & Chris have taken such good care of me & my car here every single time. I can trust them completely to make sure everything is done properly & in a timely manner. They have become my Honda best friends over the years! I live 10 minutes from a different Honda and drive 45 minutes to go see them specifically. They’re the absolute best! :)
Horrible experience, avoid this Honda location for any repairs or service, especially tire rotations. I have only maintained my vehicle with dealer care all in the years I have owned my car. I also take extra care to to keep my car nice as well as never miss a service. I have an Acura, but have been coming here for about 2 years for routine maintenance needs after going to Acura the years before. This location has been doing my tire rotations, oil changes etc. and thought they were pretty fair with prices. Unfortunately, they made an error with my tire rotation service last time and I was hit with a bill 2 days ago to fix a tire lug nut that was "stuck". I approved them to go ahead and do the repair, even though the price was high, and I confirmed the damage was due to their mistake on the prior rotation. It is one thing for me to take a small hit for the cost, but its another when they take sloppy measures to fix the issue and cause damage my rim. When any repair is made I expect the technician and team to take care and delicate procedures to protect my car when doing it and this did not happen. The team ruined my beautiful rim and I can't repair the damage they caused which is way beyond just surface scratches. There was plenty of space between the nut and hole around, and they could have provided extra protection and sensitivity when doing the repair. The worst part is the technician and service rep even showed me in the shop what they were doing and assured me there would be zero damage to my rim. I paid a lot of money for this rim upgrade at the dealer when I bought the car and now only have 3 good looking rims. It's terrible what they have done, and to think I was even considering an upgrade or trade in is crazy. It's really too bad because Honda and Acura are such reliable cars and will run forever if maintained, but my service experience is making me rethink my next car purchase. Mistakes like this have never happened at my BMW and Ford dealer.
Brought a Honda civic for our son and worked with Robert Klemenz and Chuck Fisher hands down the most pleasant car buying experience. I called in the morning to verify that the car was there on lot to see it and Robert was great and helpful on the phone. So we drove 45 minutes to Hardin Honda and I am so happy we did. The whole team was great down to Anthony Holguin. I recommend Hardin Honda for buying your next car. Myself and Jose could not be happier. I saw a great team and very respectful.😊😊😊👍
This is my 3rd time here and I moved my 1 star to 2 stars because the first 2 times were fine. The 3rd time, they hung up on me to see how busy they were. I decided to show up and stopped where it said to stop. They helped out 3 cars behind me till they somehow realized I was in the car about 20 minutes later. They recommended me to go elsewhere, which I just left and might not come back here. I liked the guy who helped me the first two times, but I had a feeling not to come here since they hung up on me based on their tone of voice I already had a feeling it wasn’t going to go well here. I really appreciate nice people. I understand a lot of frustration going on but my money goes to those who enjoy doing what they do.
Just got a Certified Honda CR-V for a great price from Hardin Honda! The whole process was so easy and low pressure, and truly got an amazing price with no added costs to an amazing sale price! And fast out the door to boot! I can't say enough how great Daniel Carmolinga from sales was. I talked to him on the phone before we came, and he promised us a smooth, stress fee experience with no hidden fees. And that is exactly what we got! [And as most probably know, quite rare nowadays!] Arnaldo Morones from finance was really helpful also and fast too! Just could not have been happier with the experience and so the highest recommendation!
I purchased a new Civic in April and wasn't pleased with experience at all. The salesman and sales manager had terrible attitudes making me feel like I was an adversary instead of a customer. Inventory was very low and I was in need of a car right away so I made the purchase with Hardin Honda though I would rather have had dealt with another dealer. Six months later when I needed an oil change I called Hardin Honda's service department hoping the service side was better than the sales side. It was not. Rude unhelpful person on the phone. I'll be going to a different dealer in the future. Edit/Update: I spoke with Mr. Beck since he kindly reached out. Mr. beck stated that the problem was they don't have good employees due to the labor shortage. He literally blamed his employees while offering no self responsibility or any way to make amends for the poor service. I responded with the suggestion that they raise their employee's pay. I paid $3K over MSRP due to the auto shortage, they can pay over normal wages in a labor shortage. A market is a market..
I really wanted to wait to buy a car until the end of year. That's one of the best times. However Brian, the internet manager was able to give me a great deal everyone else couldn't beat. The best part is the whole process at this dealership was seamless. I walked in he had the car already waiting outside. I told me him I know everything I'm about the car and we had already been talking price over the phone. I went in, straight to Arnaldo the financing manager who was super quick, NO Pressure add ons or extras. BEAUTIFUL. I’ve reviewed almost every dealership I’ve visited so if anyone wants to read those for comparison please look at my profile for reference. This is there 3rd car I've purchased in the CARmagedeon apocalypse situation going on. This is definitely a dealership for life so long as Brian and CHEN his sales manager remain at this location. It's really important to have a great salesman but without a manager who is able to add or subtract extras you're going to go nowhere. Thank you guys for helping me walk away from a dealership actually liking the experience and making me feel like I have a hack when buying cars because you guys are so easy to deal with and no BS.
