I bought a Certified 2019 Passport Elite last Saturday (7/23) and it was BY FAR the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! My salesperson Rebekah Casas was friendly and eager to help me find the right vehicle. Once she told me about the Passport I was sold! She encouraged me to act quickly. I’d be foolish to pass on such a great deal. I submitted my credit application online (at 1:24pm) and immediately headed to the dealer. When I arrived the vehicle had been detailed & the paperwork printed for me to sign. From there I moved on to finance. The finance manager, Patrick Ford, helped get me excellent finance terms. He also took the time to educated me on the available service plans. Unlike prior experience this was smooth & painless. By 3pm we were done signing. Both Rebekah & Patrick are true professionals and thoroughly earned a shoutout. YOU ROCK! For those reading my review I highly recommend working with them on your next purchase.

We had an absolutely amazing experience finding our Truck at Gunn Honda today! Dason worked with us from beginning to end and got us into a 2018 Tacoma 50$ under out budget! The whole Gunn team was amazing and we loved working with Dason, Steven, and Patrick!!

I have bought several cars from Gunn Honda and they have always made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. I will continue to look at them first for any new purchases in the future. Recently, I brought my car into the service center and they were amazing as well. Joe Esparza was incredibly helpful in helping me understand what the mechanics found and gave me a few recommended services base on a detailed inspection. I never felt pressured into agreeing to any of the additional services and I appreciated Joe’s communication throughout the process.

I don't know if I should give them 1 Star for the complete trash condescension & lack of customer service, or 5 Stars for that experience leading me to a *genuine* 5 Star experience down the road at a Toyota dealership 😆 Picture it... Me: (at empty-of-customers dealership) hi! I'm trying to decide between a CRV and a RAV4. Can I drive this CRV please? Salesperson: no. If you're not sure, this vehicle needs to stay available for people who want to buy it right now. ... ... ... ... Ohhhhhkay then! That kinda put Honda in general, but *definitely* Gunn Honda, out of consideration and we ended up buying a RAV4 from the very pleasant and accommodating Toyota dealership down the street.

Thank You Steven Galvan for all your help and patience in getting my daughter into the car she wanted! Thank you for putting up with a helicopter mom and all her questions and concerns. I know not many would have the patience and professionalism you displayed and we are so extremely grateful to you. At no time did we ever feel pressure to buy and that is always great to know we can comfortably make a decision. The process there is very easy and straightforward and that is great as we all know buying a vehicle can be stressful. I had a flat tire on my 2017 Accord that couldn’t me repaired, and needed to buy and install new rear tires in a hurry. Gunn Honda got me in and out in just under two hours, without an appointment, which was super! Really nice people, too. I strongly recommend them!

Zviad made the buying experience very easy for me, coming from Corpus Christi. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing pay. My local dealers didn’t have the inventory or ability to get what I wanted. He located the vehicle and met my price. I drove to pick it up and literally spent less than one hour at the showroom!
