I recently purchased a 2023 Acura mdx brand new with 26miles had it for a week and a half put 1500 miles on the truck and the truck broke down started leaking brake fluid out the reservoir brought in it to service were the denied there was anything wrong with the vehicle forced me to leave with the truck drive down the street and lost brakes in the truck bring it back drop it off and magically they found the problem after 5 days in the shop get a call that it was all set go down to pick it up and within a day truck still doing the same thing bring it back test drive it with Ken the service manager we’re we compare the two truck that are the same when he started blaming me that it was the way I was braking and making up excuses for the truck and saying I was the problem he said there was nothing that he can do and set me on my way told me if he didn’t like his decision I could bring the truck to another Acura dealer and get a second opinion I did that brought it to Westwood Acura and spoke with William were he said they found air in the right passenger calliper and he would have to charge me to fix if when I told him it’s a brand new truck and already had work done to the truck he suggested to bring it back to the original dealership where I purchased the truck I explained my issues and called Ken and told him what this dealer had said when he replied that because I took it to another dealer he wouldn’t be able to do anything else to the truck because the other dealer looks at it now he blaming the other dealer for touching the vehicle it’s now December and still having issues I’ve reached out to Acura client relations where I’ve been denied because what Ken dealership is stating there’s nothing wrong now in any weather I am have excessive brake squealing I am looking for a lemon law lawyer to represent me in this case of a defective truck and a very bad car buying experience I will not give up

This place is a mess. Messy transition from first Acura to Greico. Waited 6+ weeks for license plates. That's 10% of a year. Not a single person had a good answer. Sales person Caleb did not make it a priority to take care of our problem. The issues were discussed only over the phone or in person, emails were never returned as if they didn't want a paper trail. Courtesy cars, there are none. For a "luxury"car dealer to hand you a 5 passenger Kia that smells like an ashtray after buying one of the most expensive car on the lot is a joke. Want an Acura? Go somewhere else.
