We had a great experience buying our used Civic at Honda’s new location in Stamford. Christina made the process seamless and quick, and had great communication throughout. We really appreciate that a recalled part was replaced without our having to ask. They definitely were proactive about everything with zero checking in needed our end, which was great. Let me first start my review by saying, I had absolutely no intention of buying at Honda today. After looking online my heart was on the Toyota lease deals. But Our experience between the two dealerships were night and day. The welcome for one is worth it’s own 5 star review. Ray welcomed us with open arms, made a smile, dealt with my hatred for white cars and fought for us to get the best deal possible. Upfront honest and no non sense with a smile. He went over and beyond and played with my four year old. Who by the end loved him more then us. Highly recommend buying/leasing at Honda of stamford. Honda affordability with high end shippan atmosphere. Ask for Ray.

The service was great and they made my transition to my new lease effortless. (UPDATE) Beware of Extra Fees. Do Your Homework. My brother and I had to return our cars and sign up for new leases at the same time. I went to Honda of Stamford and he went to Honda of New Rochelle. We were both promised to upgrade our cars putting $0 down and keeping our monthly payments the same or slightly higher. When I sat down to sign the paperwork I was hit with $3k worth of fees and my monthly payments went over my budget. I figured they were standard processing fees so I signed the contract and left. A week later my brother signed his new lease at Honda of New Rochelle and had to pay only $1500 in processing fees. His monthly payments went up too, but not compared to mine. His car was even a lesser trim and got a better deal. For context: My car: Honda Civic 2019 Sport 30k Miles. Upgraded to Honda Civic 2022 Sport. 0$ Down + $3,000 Processing fees His Car: Honda Civic 2019 LX 40k Miles. Upgraded to Honda Civic 2022 Sport. 0$ Down + $1,500 Processing fees My Honda Civic was a higher trim with less miles and I still ended up paying more than him. Conclusion Make sure you do your homework and visit multiple dealerships before signing your new lease. It could save you thousands of dollars! The only response I got is that they had different business models and they could not speak for other dealerships.

Ray means serious business! He helped us with the purchase of our new Honda HRV Ex and we could not have received better hospitality. During the process of our purchase, Ray and John went out and got us wonderful food. I have been in many other car dealerships and haven't received hospitality that rivals Greenwich Honda's – Porsche didn't even offer us water. <3
