Inventory on the 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback is hard to get, and trying to get a Sport Touring was even harder to find. As I arrived to Gillman, I was received with welcoming hands by Cody Robinson. He helped me track and purchase my perfect Honda. From the financing to handing over the keys. Cody was there from the start to the end. Kept me updated on progress of the delivery of my Civic to the dealership. It arrived sooner than expected and was clean and prepped for me waiting to be taken home. I had the best experience with Honda starting with the customer service. John De La Cruz was very helpful by meeting all my needs and listening to my budget. He helped me find the car that best fit for my lifestyle. He walked me through the whole process step by step. I recommend him to anyone trying to buy a new car. The best experience I’ve ever had! I don’t feel like he took advantage of me for being a young woman not knowing much about cars. Instead he guided me through the best path and made sure I was getting a good price. We recently purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring from Gillman Honda. Originally my girlfriend wanted another color and we were just going to look at a random color to see what the car looked like in person. Randal met us at the door and showed us around. He was very insightful and honest, he understood what we were there for and wasn’t pushy on us like everywhere else we had been. On the way home we decided to go with Randal and a different color simply because his personality is what sold us. Phenomenal job Randal. Randal and Hugo were able to work with us on our budget and we honestly ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Big thanks to Luis also, he was “human” with is when we were talking about warranty upgrades and maintenance packages. We ended up going with those upgrades. Overall it was a stress free car purchase (which never happens, let’s be real) this was an amazing team. When it’s time to upgrade we will definitely be coming back. Because of the great job Randal, Hugo, and Luis did for us whenever someone is looking for a new vehicle I try to sell this sales to to them as well as Gillman Honda. I was looking for a new Honda Accord to replace the one I had gotten 10yrs prior. I was ready to buy. There's so much I can say about my experience at Gillman Honda but I want to give the biggest shout out to Randal, AG and Abraham, these guy really came together to help me get the best deals that I couldn't pass up. Randel was incredibly helpful, especially showing me all the cool features that were included with the car, that I most likely would have passed up had I not known. AG was right by his side ready to get the deals rolling when I decided on the car I felt was fit for me. Abraham was super helpful and gave some great advice back in the finance department. I'm excited to work with these guys again in future when I'm due for an upgrade! Thank you guys for this experience, especially as a nervous, first time buyer.

Went in on a Saturday and saw Pedro, the process was quick painless and a pleasure. We were first time car buyers and they explained everything thoroughly and they added a bow to the car to top it off! The finance manager was also very helpful in helping us understand the paperwork and process. 10/10 experience!
