I came in to Gerald Jones Honda for an oil Change and left with a new F150. Brandon Roach and Mike Jennings were awesome! Customer service was second to none and I found a truck equipped exactly how I wanted. There was no pressure to buy, except from my wife when I sent her a picture of the truck! I purchased a 2023 Honda Hr-v sport from here a little less than a week ago and I have nothing negative to say! It took 4 months for my car to be delivered, but my awesome salesman, Logan Pettit kept me updated on it along the way. The purchasing process was super easy and I didn’t feel pressured by anyone there at all. Even when there was a small hiccup with my trade-in, Logan reassured me the price I was getting was fair by pulling up KBB. Gerald Jones actually gave me more than Kelley Blue Book’s value of my trade. Logan was very thorough in showing me the ins and out of my new car, and I’d highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking to buy a Honda anytime soon! I’m absolutely in LOVE with my new car. I also want to add that I left my keychain with my AirTag at this dealership in the craziness of buying my new car. I went back the next day and was greeted as if I was family. I truly love this dealership and am so happy to be in the Honda family!

Lindsay immediately came to my car, we discussed the problem with my tire and she was very friendly and professional. She came to the waiting area and let me know exactly what was wrong and gave me the cost of the new tires. I approved it and she quickly went to let them know. When my car was ready she came and got me and had everything ready to go. She was awesome! The service at Gerald Jones Honda is what brings me back not only for problems but for oil changes, etc.

I was escorted by a friend to the GERALD JONES HONDA dealership to meet Mr William Walker who had been his salesman. Mr Walker had impressed my friend and since he had a good experience, he thought he would be able to assist me in obtaining a leased Vehicle. Upon meeting Mr Walker I found him to be very patient, informative and took care of my needs in obtaining a new lease. Since this would be my first Honda, he explained details of the car, allowed me to test drive it and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns! I felt confident in deciding to purchase my new HONDA CR-V. It was a pleasure meeting Mr Williams and working with him in achieving my goal of a new car lease!! Great experience!!😊

Great all around experience at Gerald Jones Honda! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I worked with Jackie Adams and Don Heathman. They were very responsive and communication was great. They were able to build rapport with me through e-mail, text and phone calls that I had no hesitation to drive 2.5 hours to buy a car from them.
