Came for an oil change and inspection today just moved from the east coast. Everyone was friendly the oil change was quick. They did not do my inspection like I requested. No big deal. I took it down the road to a small shop for the state inspection and freeman Honda left the oil cap off my SUV!! If I didn’t stop for an inspection I wouldn’t have known until hot oil was flying out and destroying my car. Check your oil caps before you leave 🙃 I was offered a free oil change for next time but I’m not sure if I’m coming back yet

Orlando, Zaria and Mr. Ernest helped me yesterday. I was grateful that there was a shuttle that travels within 15 miles because I had to be back at work. Zaria at the front desk was very pleasant and served me with a smile. She was also sure to ask clarifying questions to make sure that I got the things I needed tended to. From the moment I spoke to Orlando on the phone, I could tell by his positively infectious spirit that the service would be stellar. She did not rush me when I was asking questions, and explained the service that was rendered to my vehicle in detail when I arrived to pick it up. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoyed my ride with Mr. Ernest. He was so calm and caring, and even opened the door for me to get in the shuttle. He mentioned his age, and I was amazed that he was still working with such vigor! Freeman Honda, the three employees who serviced me are truly jewels in your crown. I am confident that they will keep up the good work because their commitment to service is evident.

I’ve been bringing my 2013 Honda do this location since 2021 and my service has always been exceptional! My check engine light came on a few days ago and turns out it’s my catalytic converter. The shop quoted me over $1200 to fix. I called Honda and got Orlando. I told him my issue..long story short my check engine light is off!! Most auto shops wants you to spend unnecessary money for a simple fix. Not him. He took good care of me! I highly recommend Freeman Honda!

The team and location was awesome! They got me in and followed up on my coverage plan. There was a bit of a wait so I expressed that I had my work with me and needed a place to sit and do work until my car was ready! Without hesitation I was taken to a seating area where I could work comfortably! I appreciate the service and hospitality

The team is wonderful and that is why this is the only dealership I take my car to. Michael Johnson makes everyone feel so comfortable and he always go out of his way to make sure my car is serviced right with prompt service!! They should bring Steve back!! I love everyone there. I was very pleased with the help Cristian Limon offered me. He is the first tech that has explained what my car needed with words that I could actually understand. I am beyond happy with the service I received from him. He was so nice that even my 8 year old daughter mentioned it on our way home. Thank you Cristina for making us feel like part of the Honda family!!

My trunk stopped latching and I took it to the dealership I have purchased multiple cars at to fix it. Turns out they only had to adjust two bolts to re-align the striker plate and it fixed the issue! I understand you’re a business and need to make money but charging $164.25 for 5 minutes of time working on the car is insane. I will never purchase a car or bring my car to you for service again. Watch out so you don’t get price gouged.
