Lila Hartung was absolutely amazing to work with. No tricks, no hard pushing the sale. Literally the nicest sales rep I have ever worked with when trading in my car. She made friendly conversation the whole time while getting my information and numbers to work with. I was literally in and out in an 1.5 hours with a brand new tundra. I could not have asked for a better sales rep than her!

I would love to say that this dealership is 5 stars, however, that’s far from the case. I am well aware it is a sellers market right now, this does not mean take advantage of the consumer! Using an excuse “the distributor” added these options and they can not be altered is beyond me. Moreover, when you proceed to say “if you finance with us we will be able to work something” It should not matter how I am going to finance my potential vehicle that is my responsibility as a buyer to do my homework on how I will get to my vehicle, or even if I would like to pay for it in cash. Not you all try to make someone finance with you all so you “can get a better deal” when that is far off from the case. And just to name a major “distributor addition” that can not be removed : Toyota Guard Platinum for $700 yeah, no. You lost a potential customer for trying to take advantage of the current sellers market.

Nice car lot... But ran social media ads and online ad for truck that wasn't for sale. They had it, but we're going to wholesale it... Then they let me drive it telling me it leaked something, but not tell me what... The whole situation just seemed weird. Why advertise something you weren't good with selling.
