My experience with Fox Honda used car team couldn’t have been better. The salesperson, Jessica and the Business Manager, Matt made everything so smooth. I had my Ford delivered to my front door yesterday and I was surprised how easy it was. Thanks guys for making my “fun purchase” actually fun!

I recently purchased this vehicle from Fox Honda! Thier staff is amazing! Richard was the sales man I spoke to about this vehicle. Originally I test drove a 2019 Honda Civic Sport. The price was more than I anticipated for number of miles on the vehicle. So Richard showed me this 2019 Honda Civic LX. It's the base model but has the same engine as the Sport. I'm not into all the fancy tech stuff. So the base model works fabulous for me. And it's very low miles on the engine. I had to waite a couple weeks to test drive this car because the mechanic at Fox was waiting for a part to come in to finish fixing the vehicle. Richard said I can put a deposit on the car to hold it. Richard did a fabulous job and kept me updated throughout the entire process! The car was definitely worth the waite. The technician did a fabulous job fixing the car. It runs beautifully!!!! Matt was also wonderful! He helped me go thru all the paperwork and explained all the new warranty information very well. I definitely plan on returning to Fox Honda in the future!

Fabulously staffed dealership! All around great experience from the manager, financial officiant, and especially the salesman! These amazing gentlemen went above and beyond for us. We drove up from over an hour away to check out a vehicle we were interested in, Jim showed us all of the amazing features the vehicle had, was so very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They had the car cleaned inside and out for us again even though it was spotless to start just to be sure they gave us the best experience. These poor fellas waited on our silly insurance company to come through and even helped us get it all figured out! They stayed late and helped get everything squared away so we could take the vehicle home today and not have to drive back up over an hour again with our crazy work schedules. For financial services Matt knew the ins and outs of everything we needed to do/know, extremely knowledgeable, great customer service. We were taken care of by the entire staff from the kind manager who greeted, checked out, thanked and congratulated us. The salesman Jim who from the get go was FABULOUS for vehicle knowledge, sales knowledge, great conversation, and help! The financial officiant Matt who was so patient, kind and helpful. We are so thrilled with our new vehicle, and with the customer Service received. Gained some customers for life, and I highly recommend anyone wanting/needing a vehicle to go check them out! 5 + stars.

Our van burst into flames 7 minutes after leaving our service appointment! We had our van in for a transmission drain and refill. We used Fox Honda for service since we purchased our van there in 2015. When completed, my wife drove about 7 minutes and parked in a parking lot because she smelled smoke. She got out safely as the fire consumed the engine area and started into the front seats. The fire was contained to the front half thanks to the speedy response from the Kentwood fire department. Fox Honda would not take any accountability. I spoke to the service manager, general manager and their lawyer. They were only looking out for themselves and just wanted us to deal with our insurance. Obviously we will never do business with Fox again. I've stated the facts for you but I recommend you go elsewhere for your vehicle needs.

We had been searching for a specific used car to replace our car that had been totaled. We were about to go 75 miles to get one when I saw that Fox Honda had one on the lot. We were met by Jim Martin who led us through the purchase flawlessly. He was very knowledgeable and personable. There was no high pressure tactics. It was almost like buying from an old friend. Matt, in finance, continued to make us feel at home. In the end, we ended up with a better car at a better price and didn't have to drive half way across the state. I would recommend Fox Honda to be a primary consideration if you're in the market for an automobile.

Jim has been amazing to work with, and has made sure we were well taken care of. We love our 2020 Honda CR-V!! We encountered an issue with the vehicle after a couple months of ownership. Jim and the rest of the Fox Honda team made sure we were very well taken care of and all issues were resolved. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We discussed a purchase and scheduled a test drive with Brian Hicks in Pre-Owned sales. Brian was incredibly patient, informative, and low pressure. We had a great time talking to him and he was knowledgeable about every feature on every model. We happened to find our best pick outside of Honda but if it was down to our experience with the salesperson Brian would have had our business, no contest. Give this man a raise!

I was referred here by my sister. We went in to lease a car and I understand there is not much to choose from. The sales rep didn’t seem interested in helping us and didn’t even introduce himself. He didn’t put any effort in to help us find another solution. We then contacted Toyota and found a vehicle.
