Buying my new car here was seriously the best, easiest, no pressure sale I've ever experienced. Kevin Clyde was my salesman and he truly was professional, courteous and easy to work with. I found the car online Thursday, went through the online application and booked my flight to arrive Saturday. He picked us up from the airport right on time, took us to the dealership and had the car ready for me to view/test drive. Throughout my entire experience he never pressured us into the sale, he took his time explaining everything and had it all ready to go over after we came inside. There was a slight hiccup prior to arrival with car that he made sure to be honest and communicate with before we got there which I really appreciated because we were flying in from Oregon. Met with finance guy Travis who was also very pleasant to work with. Answered any questions I had and we were done with paperwork within 10 minutes. They also provided us with lunch and drinks. Overall I highly recommend this dealership and Kevin Clyde. Couldn't of asked for a better experience and deal!! Thank you. I LOVE MY new car!!

Beautiful store. But the cost of the most insignificant parts are so rediculousy expensive, I am at a loss for words. I needed 6 plastic pop rivets, 8 plastic push rivets, and a marker light socket. Came to 121 dollars. On WISH you can buy a 300 piece pop rivet set for $9. I went to pic a part after refusing to pay $8 each for . 003 cents worth of plastic snaps. The junkyard rep looked at me funny when I asked how much. Right? In past years, I've gone to dealers for these little things and they were less than 1 dollar each. Many times, they just handed me a handful at no charge. Because the parts department is always treating me that way, I have been the proud owner of more than 30 brand new fords. Now I'm not in the capicity to buy new vehicles, but if I was, I would be upset about this highway robbery.

The team down at Ford Country is amazing. They not only helped us find the right car, but helped us with all of our one million questions during the car purchasing process. The advice given to us helped us make smart decisions! They really go to bat for you to make sure you’re leaving with a great deal. The customer service was amazing. Out of all of the dealerships I have had to interact with Ford Country has been the best to deal with. Great after care and customer service when purchasing a vehicle and the Service Department does a great job. They are prompt and stay on top of keeping you informed of what is going on with your vehicle, I have never had to call for an update on my vehicle on the rare occasion it needed repairs. Sometimes there can be a week or two lead time to get an appointment because they are always busy and I don’t really care for the first come first served service appointments. I’d prefer to make an appointment over waiting in line to get my vehicle serviced BUT at least they are pretty quick to get your vehicle in and out once it’s your turn and the free wash and drinks are bad either.

We are nothing but completely grateful and appreciative of the service provided here. We started off our visit by being welcomed by Jess in customer service. she took such wonderful care of us offering us water Snd arranging for the shuttle to give us a ride to a rental car office. Thank you so much Jess! Juan in service was similarly accommodating and made every possible effort to fix our car quickly because we were traveling. He was able to get my car done before we had to leave so we did not have to rent a car to return home. Thank you so much Juan!

Frank was helpful and very professional from the start. I felt comfortable at the dealership and the team went above and beyond during our appointment. Frank even got me a burger, after mentioning I was hungry from skipping lunch. Great team and experience purchasing my new Ford.
