We had a great and easy experience buying a new car from Fischer Honda. We worked with Jacob. He was amazing at communicating the timing of when we could expect our vehicle (as we needed to wait for it to be manufactured). After the vehicle did come in, he worked with us to be as prepared as possible prior to arriving to the dealership so that the purchasing process went smooth. We went back shortly after purchase to get some accessories installed by the service department. The service department employees were super friendly, and easy to work with. First time being at Fischer Honda and had a great experience. This is my first Honda and went with a 2022 Civic hatchback sport touring and couldn’t be happier. Purchased as a certified pre owned with only 2400 miles on it (so basically new). Mike Mirza is a great all around guy and doesn’t make you feel pressured. Mike has 17 years at Fischer Honda so he knows what he’s doing and how to treat people well. I was in and out and whole process took maybe a couple hours if that. Will be back for future vehicle maintenance at this facility even though I have another Honda dealership close to my home. Great experience

The staff in the service department, as well as Sales have been amazingly helpful! I I initially had some hesitations, never leasing/owning a Honda vehicle in the past. However, anytime I’ve had questions, or needed support everyone there has been extremely helpful. If you’re thinking about buying or leasing, Mike is amazing! And in the service department, Matt is full of knowledge and approachable.

Fischer Honda provided excellent service to me and my family. They kept us in the loop for when a used vehicle became available as we’ve been looking and reached out with haste. We purchased a used car that was price at a great value (under market) and it was cleaned and maintenance by the dealership prior to selling. All in all a great experience.

It took 1:45 min to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation (put a spare on to replace a punctured tire). It went from 8:30 to 10:15. The tire they took off was place without a plastic bag cover against the van upholstery. I asked to have a manager call me to share my customer experience with but have not received one. Still waiting for the manager's phone call. I've been going for years. The guys are nice enough. It is probably staff training issues.

Very easy and quick! Agents addressed my.service needs as a walk in out of town customer. They were welcoming , friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Fischer Honda. I can drive home safely now. Thank you!

Had just the best service appointment experience today! A large, bulky screw pierced my tire on Tuesday. The "low tire air pressure" message dinged on the drive to Fischer this morning. All fixed up and ready to go in hardly a half hour. Very pleasant and personable experience with Todd Van Allen, as well. Thank you again, Todd!
