Casey was amazing! We live in Jax and we’re looking for allocation on an X7. Casey had one already slated for production with only a couple days to make changes. We customized to our exact specs and within 4 weeks our car arrived. We did everything except the pick up over the phone and by text. Once it was ready Casey had it covered and did a nice presentation for my wife and even let her pull the cover off. This was the easiest purchase we have ever made. Highly recommend Casey if your looking for a BMW.

My experience was stellar and if I could rate them higher I would. I bought a car from out-of-state and Matt Hoffman was my salesman. He guided me through the entire process and ensured that I was updated throughout the entire process. He took a video of the car and provided several pictures so that I could have a real shopping experience. I worked with Chris Rose and he made the experience great! From getting another car from the Winter Park location to being patient and not your typical “pushy” salesman. Roger Carpenter is an excellent car dealer. He was knowledgeable of the BMW's and set us up quickly for our test drive. We did buy a new 2022 BMW however we never felt "pressured" to purchase something. The overall process is still lengthy however Roger helped to make it more enjoyable. This dealership and specifically Chris Rose was fantastic to work with! We were looking for a new X5 and after calling dealerships all over the state (we live in Tampa), Chris told me he had one but it was also closing time. He sent me pics of the car, took a deposit, and on Monday we did all of the financing and finalized everything over the phone. I drove 3 hours and was greeted by Chris with my new car! Chris went above and beyond for us. Brittani Victorelli was so helpful with all of our financing and Patrick Rudnicky spent almost an hour explaining my new car and technology to me.(My 1st BMW) We will definitely be driving 3 hours to purchase our next car with Chris and all of the amazing staff at Fields BMW of Daytona!

Matt Hoffmann was AMAZING! He was the first and only one to stand up and greet me when I walked inside the dealership. Within less than an hour we had accurate numbers and we were signing papers for my new car! I didn’t feel pressured at all during any point and couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new car!
