Service & Operational Excellence. It was a very efficient check-in process, which enabled the service for my car to be completed on time. Special recognition to Service Advisor Paul Nguyen who went above and beyond. He patiently explained the details of what needed to be done with my car. I wasn’t expecting my car to be done the same day but he called me this afternoon and let me know that my car is ready. Significant maintenance was completed all in the same day. The entire staff was professional, prompt, honest, friendly, and most of all attentive to each customer. I highly recommend this dealership service. Thank you!!

Wow. Don’t you love when you find a new mechanic? First, drop off was amazingly easy. Second, free coffee, clean bathroom, areas to set up and work. Third, Tony. He was personable, listened, helpful and kind. He discussed the maintenance, issues and options. He helped me prioritize what we would have done. It was so good I almost don’t want to jinx it. The cost was lower than expected compared to the dealership we were taking it to in a neighboring city. I left smiling and genuinely happy. Which is odd after spending money on maintaining a mini van 😉

Everyone was wonderful! We had several people at Elk Grove Honda help at us over the past year while we looked for a vehicle. We car shopped for over a year at many dealerships but we could not find the car we wanted. We ultimately decided on getting another Honda, the exact same model we bought 10 years ago! We loved our Honda, it has been reliable and has been with us through many military moves and life transitions. Raymond was our main sales person and the person we contacted throughout the past 6 months. He kept us updated on the inventory coming in to their dealership and contacted us when they expected the car we wanted was going to arrive. We placed a deposit but our car arrived early, during the holidays while we were out of town. They held the car for us for over a week until we got back in town. We are so grateful with how professional the Elk Grove Honda team has been and how much they helped us find our dream car. They were also patient with us but never pushed/forced us into anything. Elk Grove Honda auto service & customer service staff is consistently professional, efficient, & friendly. Service advisor Mike checked me in for the Express service/oil change. I was greeted promptly & asked what I needed. The estimated time for order done was shorter than stated initially & I didn’t have a long wait in the waiting room. Mike was very thorough in going over the multi-point inspection (list) included w/Express service, including helpful suggestions for what I may need to pay attention to from that list in the future, before the next service.

Justin was very helpful, clear and direct. I intended on waiting for my vehicle (a couple of hours). He didn't lie to me to keep my business. He let me know my issue would take many hours and offered me a ride home. BEST thing ever. It took 5 hours. As he stated it would. Thank you for saving my day! He also offered a pick up when he called to say it was ready. I love their service/repair department staff. Never a bad experience.

I will never ever step foot at Elk Grove Honda. So I bring in our minivan for some engine work. $1000 later the van is returned with some weird epoxy type material stuck in between one of the sliding doors. I bring it back only to have our service advisor Viet with a nasty disposition wanting to charge me for the clean up. I finally asked for a manager who says they’ll do me a favor and try to clean it up. They clean about 80% of it then Viet tells me to get alcohol and a rag and clean it myself. All this after I had spoken with service advisor Dave who said it was no problem at all to bring it in for a complimentary cleaning of that epoxy material. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at an auto dealership. I will never step foot and spend a dime with Elk Grove Honda.

I always have a pleasant and wonderful experience when I come to Honda. I never feel taken advantage of. I am always taken care of and informed before anything is done to my vehicle. I had a great experience at Elk Grove Honda! I took my car in to get tail light replaced. Appointment availability was flexible and they offered shuttle services. I took the opportunity to get dropped off at Sky River casino and was picked up when my car was ready. Big thanks to Chris and Anthony for the superior customer service! I am definitely will be a returning customer.
