Inflated Invoices, Poor Job-Quality, Predatory and Vulnerable payment Methods. In details: Inflated Prices: I was charged over $33 USD for a “convenience fee” on Oil change that I never received. Please find pictures. Poor Customer Experience: I waited 50 mins to be checked-in. Also, Paper floor mats and sweaty seat covers were left in my car upon pick-up. Predatory and Vulnerable Payment Method: I was required to pay over the phone without a chance to review my padded invoice. Else, I do not get the car for 36 hours without a courtesy vehicle in the interim. Non-ethical hackers, take note. Service Department Team 07/09/22: If this was a roadside-mechanic, I would understand the desperation to be corrupt. But this is a whole branch representing Honda. Now I know NOT TO TRUST this branch with a major repair. Those leaving 5-star reviews probably got a new car or did minor maintenance.

One star is way to much for a FRAUD . I dropped off my vehicle at the dealership to get oil change and tire rotation . After waiting for more than two hours ,I got my vehicle back and 5 min later I noticed that the maintenance light is still on and the sticker is not replaced . First I called the dealership and I was advised to go back for additional check . According to the manager most likely the technician forgot to reset the maintenance light .I didn’t want to drive back and Immediately went to Express Oil Change to confirm if the service had been provided . I was furious to found out that the oil was very dirty and the filter is old . I have attached picture of the oil and filter before second for a day oil change,the sheet for service provided at Ed Voyles Honda Dealership .I paid another $82.00 for service that was supposed to be done at the dealership. Ladies be careful when you go to service your vehicle at that specific dealership!!!

I started researching the new 2022 Honda Civic Si after it was announced in the fall of 2021. I started calling local dealers to see what I could expect to find as far as availability. After a few different options I luckily stumbled upon Vernon Young at Ed Voyles (Oct 2021). He was extremely professional and personable. I'm a car guy so I had already completed most of my research on pricing, accessories etc. Once I settled on the vehicle, Vernon came up with action plan for me to get the car that I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. He was more that willing to work with me over the phone, via emails and text messages, and happily addressed any questions or concerns that came up along the way. I can not stress how refreshing it was working with someone who set expectations, while being completely transparent and honest with pricing! Due to the pandemic / chip shortage I knew there would be delays for the delivery for my vehicle. Vernon kept me informed and up to date for almost 2 and half months right up until delivery. Steven Goins the finance manager took the time to come greet me and make sure all of my needs were being met. I picked up the keys on (12/23/2021) and he helped me through the final buying process. Unfortunately due to the pandemic the extra accessories for my car were backordered. Once again Vernon stepped up to the plate and kept me informed of expected delivery times. Once the parts arrived I received notification from Vernon that service Advisor Carmen Coleman would be reaching out to me to schedule my service. She arranged for me to have everything installed on (1/31/22) I dropped the car off and picked it up later in the afternoon. Upon retrieval of my vehicle Joey Brown (I think he is the Parts Manager) came out to make sure everything was satisfactory and personally thanked me for my patience in working with them. As long as this entire process was, everyone that I interacted with was personable, helpful and extremely friendly. Outstanding service across the board and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new Honda to come to Ed Voyles.

I had a terrible experience! I was charged for a tire rotation, alignment and balancing, oil change and also for my recall service. I had to call back to have the recall charge refunded, my oil was never reset on the system, I was concerned if they even changed, and now I realized that my tires wasn’t rotated since I had a nail on the front tire 2 days before the service and that tire is in the same place and my steering wheel is still not centered. Overall, a very bad experience. I’ll never go back there for anything!

He and others, not to mention Katia, lead me through the lease, demonstrated the vehicle until all of my questions were answered and later delivered the vehicle in the same way - all of my many questions got answered. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Had my timing belt changed, trans fluid flushed, rotors shaved, and got new brake pads and fluid. The price was better than a local shop by me. Shannon helped me, and I highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable and also very responsive. I will be coming back!

I am delighted with the service I received from the Ed Voyles Honda team! My husband and I purchased our Honda at another dealership, but that service department kept ignoring our requests to fix a factory defect. Jody Voyles was very helpful on the phone and scheduled an appointment to fix the issue right away. Katie Mair at the Service desk was very professional and helpful, and even made sure I had a ride back to the office. And what a surprise when our vehicle was ready by early afternoon instead of end of day! We highly recommend this dealership and will bring all our future business to this location.
