This dealership has always been top notch with their care of us and our cars. We have purchased 4 Acuras from them over the years. They are great cars and last a long time if you take care of them. Which we do our best to do, by bringing them to the service department for their maintenance. Checkins and pickups are normally quick and easy. We have been bringing our cars here for 20 years!
I worked with Antonio Morris and his manager Allen Dean at this dealership for a 2022 NSX Type S limited to 350 in the world. I placed a deposit back on August 2021, confirmed an allocation in September 2021 and finally the car was delivered and brought home yesterday. This transaction took 14 months due to the current market post COVID with semiconductor chip & parts shortage. Antonio and Allen kept me in the loop during the whole process with the timeline, expectations, and most importantly assurance that I will receive the NSX. The price out of the door was the same the day I put down the deposit a year ago with no hassles, no stories, no hidden fees and markups. Their customer service and commitment to the Acura brand at this dealership nothing but world class execution. I have a few high end vehicles with other manufacturers but this 14 months journey for the NSX was nothing but an amazing experience and turned me into an Acura customer for life. The service (oil change) was quick; my service advisor was very efficient, personable, and polite. The service waiting area is, well, a dump: tight, crowded, run down. In fifty years, I've owned cars from twelve different auto makers, and fifteen different cars, I have never experienced such a shabby service waiting area! Fortunately, I love my Acura.
Ed Voyles has a streamlined service process that makes it easy for vehicle owners to conveniently drive their car to their doorsteps, and have someone meet them within seconds in their car to address their service problems. The service personnel is conscientious and friendly. The waiting area is spacious with a spare room for those who need to catch up on work or meetings to do so. They don't have much by way of snacks or beverages if you stay there for long. And the lady's bathroom needs a bit more upgrade. Overall, it's a great place to go.

From Angie, at reception to Martin the Collision Consultant who explained in detail what was needed to repair my car. They were always very friendly and professional. Even though the time was long to receive my vehicle back, they were very informal and communicated well with me throughout the process. The long wait was due to the parts being on back order which is happening everywhere you go these days that needs to have parts shipped in. They take tremendous care of their customers and go above and beyond to meet your expectations, especially Angie, I give her 5 Stars for her commitment to customer service.
