Michael DePaolo was wonderful to work with! We were looking for cars for a few weeks and found him extremely knowledgeable about the models we test drove. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our car and made sure it looked and felt new to us! He was fantastic with follow up care, questions, and service. I have been shopping around for months looking for a family car. Found one we wanted to see here and had amazing customer service!! Jason was super sweet and nice showed me the vehicle I wanted to see , test drove it and told me all about it’s history ( used car). He understood what I was looking for and my situation and was making some magic. Then Donny in finance came and he put a great big smile on my face! He got me an amazing loan rate and warranty. These two gentlemen were awesome and so personable. Many dealerships just want to sell sell sell. I’ve been to a few who were very pushy and not here. To say I am happy is an understatement. The best experience I’ve had buying a car. Julian was the ONLY salesman to approach me though. Julian was polite, professional, he spent a lot of time with us. Jimmy in financing was also awesome! Him and the teams biggest goal was to not sell you something you don’t want or something with problems. Everything went smoothly. Will definitely be back for my next car!

The folks at Ed Napelton Acura did a great job taking care of me while buying my new 2023 Integra! They let me know ahead of time and I was able to get there just a few hours after it got off loaded from the truck. Wade was my salesman and he helped me have a great experience as a whole, and everyone else at the dealership as well.

Mike the sales associate was great help with purchasing my vehicle. Even hand delivered it the next day himself after going through Routine inspection and maintenance as for it being a new arrival. Everything went smooth with my scheduled test drive and for the most part pretty smooth with purchasing my new vehicle. It did take a little long, but what do you expect for a Friday afternoon visit. Super impressed with Napelton Acura!!

I Walked in and was greeted right away by Wilson. I told him about the car I was interested in and he got right to work for me. We went for a test drive and then a walk around look of the car goin over the details. He presented me with options that met my needs in order to purchase the car and made the whole experience very easy considering I had two little kids with me. 5/5

What a relief!!!! After looking at multiple cars, from multiple dealerships, with one bad experience after another. We ultimately decided to try one more time and connected with Wilson right from the beginning. He was outgoing, precise and very professional and I am grateful for the way he goes about doing business. This was my daughters first vehicle purchase and between Wilson Q and JD it ultimately turned out to be a great experience for her!
