Julian was friendly and explained things well. Wasn't pushy on any services, but informative and let me be aware the the services needed were important. Inside the facility was clean and organized. The other members in this location were also friendly.

Yesterday I purchased my 2nd car from Honda & 17 years ago I purchased my 1ST from this very same location and I receive both times great service! I was assisted by Jimmy via text constantly communicating until I arrived to the lot and Simon once I arrived. Simon was awesome he made my agony of purchasing a vehicle due to horrible previous interactions an ease he was consistent he was knowledgeable he was courteous he was transparent and a great conversationalist and anything he did not know the answer too he found out!! He didn’t try to hustle me, insult my intelligence or hide things… I’d been searching since April and was left with many bad taste in my mouth until coming to Honda…He is a wonderful asset to have at this location!! And I love my van which we named “ Big BLESSING”! Thank you again Simon & Honda staff who also helped me see you soon for a 3rd Van!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is the only place I bring my beloved Honda civic for service. What not to like about them: extremely friendly personal, comfortable waiting area, reasonable prices. My advisor Nicko is the best. So helpful and professional. Highly recommend it

Anyone can write a review after they buy a car. It's when you don't buy the review counts as an additional10 Stars or more. This is one of those reviews. The salesperson Simon was knowledgeable, polite & professional. The General Sales manager, Paul was one of the most knowledgeable & courteous GM's I have ever met. I regret not making this deal through no fault of their own as my situation took a downturn the same day I was making the deal. They made me feel not like a transaction, but they humanized this deal & I was able to walk out with my head held high & not my tail between my legs. Thank you Paul, Thank you Simon. Every Dealer should have compassion & should not make you feel as it's just another car, another deal..., I salute Ed Morse Honda & it's entire staff. Thank YOU!

After looking for a used car for 2 frustrating weeks (yes it is hard to believe that some dealers are perpetuating their cheesy reputation) I found Ed Morse Honda of Riviera Beach. What a pleasant surprise. Very professionally run, everybody was just helpful, going out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. I want to mention Simon, our dedicated sales person, knowledgeable and pleasant, and Jon Lovelett , the financial officer who did everything to get me a good rate. All in all, the place to get a car.

My sales representative Fay Luna was very helpful. She was very courteous and attentive. She went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure that I had a good experience with leasing another new car. She was knowledgable and patient. The finance manager was great as well. He and Fay walked me through each step of the process. He was very polite and helpful. I am very grateful for all the helps that Ed Morse Honda had provided.

I had a very pleasant experience, they gave me a bit more for my trade in compared to other dealers and even carmax despite mileage on it. When I was greeted by the manager he was very kind, I didn’t feel intimidated at all or too pressured. The 2019 Honda CR-V EX I bought was a great deal and very clean, very happy and will come back to this dealer. Gaetano (guy) in financing and Luis in sales were wonderful to work with
