I bought a car from Duval Honda last Saturday. I was looking for something more economical than what I previously had. My salesperson Suzzie was all around terrific. She got me in a car which I wanted and within the price I wanted! She made my whole car buying experience pleasant and when I am ready for my next car I will be asking for Suzzie! The dealership itself is not like others I’ve visited. The sales people do not pressure you here to buy. They also give you your space. For example, when I went to take the test drive on my vehicle they let me and my partner drive the vehicle by ourselves. The financial department is also great because they do not pressure people to buy the warranty packages/add on’s. They simply tell you what they consist of, how it will benefit you, and you then decide if you would like to purchase one or not. The dealership additionally gave me free car washes for life which I thought was nice along with 2 free details a year. I believe Jacksonville should be proud to have a car dealership with honest, kind, and professional people. I give this dealership a 10/10 and I will definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new car.

Happy, got me in and out in shorter time than on the Aves. Only an observation, my car was ready, but I waited longer than necessary before I had to inquire on the status of car. Thankfully someone else checked me out and didn't make me wait for my svce guy to be available. Oil Change n Tire rotation. Inflation has almost doubled the price. So wrong thx JB

Found a car on the website, and Jonathan reached out to me. He was quick, to the point, and understood that I didn’t have time to be there all night. From the time I arrived, to the time he handed me the keys, he was polite and informative, and kept me informed of every step in purchasing my new Honda. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had!

No pressure or hassle; in and out for a quick service! I made an appointment one week in advance via the website, which was very straightforward. I arrived at 1 pm and left at 2:15 pm for an Oil change, tire rotation + complimentary 8-point inspection, and outside carwash! cost < $90. Mr. Cam (service advisor) was very polite and was not there to sell me services but to suggest optional services per guidelines. I will come back again! Thank you! There is a waiting area and plenty of tables and seats.

I had an excellent experience with my service advisor Kacy! My family has been a Honda family for years (I have owned this specific vehicle for 9 years) and she went absolutely above and beyond providing me service. From the Northern VA area to FL, she is by far the best advisor I have ever worked with - and I only get my maintenance done at Honda. She was personable and hilarious, and my numerous requests were taken care of quickly and easily! She was extremely transparent on pricing and did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. She also gave me quotes on maintenance I needed to anticipate for the future so I could plan. I will request her specifically from now on. Thank you Kacy!

With the sudden demise of my car, we needed a new vehicle. We checked another dealership first and were less than impressed with the quality of in-stock items and the customer service. I actually did a google search while my husband was test trying their merchandise! It showed Duval Honda had the Odyssey I was looking for in stock. Our sales associate was Drew Luther and he was wonderful! Very calm, respectful, and not pushy. My husband was anticipating the typical stigma of being pressured into a sale, but Drew did none of that. Drew also recognized that our toddler had no tolerance for grown-up tasks like buying a car, and tried to hurry our car buying process as best as he could to accommodate our family's needs, which we also appreciate. Thankful we were able to secure such a great vehicle!
