I barely ever write reviews but I felt that it was necessary to describe my experience at Downey Nissan. I was originally looking for a Nissan Frontier because I heard Nissan had really amazing lease specials on that car. I contacted the online web deals of a few dealerships to get more info on each individual dealership deals. The next day I received calls from all the dealerships that I reached out to. Almost all of them told me the same thing and tried hard to push me to come to the dealership that day, except for one person David Munoz of Downey Nissan , who was very informative about the cars they had and all the features, and specials they were having. He told me he would get more info about the frontier that I inquired about and would call me back. He called me back the next day and very politely told me what they had to offer, never once was he pushy for me to come into the dealership when I told him I would think it through. After some thought I decided that although the Frontier seems like a great car, I would probably do better with a Sedan given west Los Angeles parking is horrendous. So I called him back and asked him to get me more info about the Altima SR, he said he would and the very next day he called me with that info. David is the type of person who really cares you get what you are looking for and never pushes for a sale. I told him in person and I truly believe, no one has made car leasing/buying as easy as him. He's a true class act, and even after I signed and paid for my lease he took time to go over some cool features of the car even though I came past closing time and he really was off work. I usually book my cars with an auto broker so I don't have to go to dealerships and deal with them pressuring me to make a decision that day, but I'm so glad I was put in touch with David. I drove all the way from West LA with an uber to lease my car at Downey Nissan and it was worth every bit. David if you ever read this, thank you for everything that you have done for me, thank you for being patient with me after changing my mind 100 times, thank you for always being respectful and never pushy and last but not least thank you for taking care of me from start to end on my car leasing experience( and getting me an AMAZING deal). I will recommend all my friends and family to contact him whenever they need a car. If you are reading this review, ask for David Munoz next time you're in Downey Nissan and thank me later.

By far the best and quickest experience I've had at a car dealership. Good selection of vehicles, clean waiting area with complimentary drinks and a play area for children! Special shout out to George Ruiz, who was super patient, honest, and took the time to answer all our questions and explain the paperwork. He made the experience an enjoyable one and we left confident in the pricing and contract we received.

Super cool staff all around. I walked in to check out a vehicle that I'd seen on the net. The guy I was told to ask for wasn't there but it didn't matter because everyone was cool. Jimmy Rodriguez came down, met me and showed me the car with no expectations. Two hours later he had worked a great deal out for me and I made the purchase. Overall it was a great experience (and that's coming from a guy that used to sell cars for a different company). I'll be heading back for my next purchase. Check them out.
