Best purchase experience ever! My local dealers wanted to overcharge ($2000 pandemic surcharge from one... $2400 in dealer added protection packages from another) and were unwilling to negotiate. After a quick search, I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Don Carlton. Sam was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided lots of info, and even pics (as I was nervous about buying sight unseen). We had one disconnect on pricing (accessories) and he worked with me to resolve it. Within 24 hours, the deal was done. Within 48, the paperwork was signed. And in 7 days, my Passport was in the garage. (Sam even put me in touch with auto transport, so I didn't have to fly to Tulsa & drive back to Memphis!)

After a car accident, my sister and I had one car which was my Honda CR-V. While I always bring my Honda in for its regular checkups, I have a tendency to ignore everything else. Due to the accident and numerous doctors appointments my sister and I could not afford to be without a car. Bill, one of the most helpful member of the Don Carlton team, gave me a step-by-step guide on what I needed to do, including some things I wasn’t even aware of, all of which took a great load off my mind, especially at this time. It is people like Bill who keeps me coming back to Don Carlton. I am on my 3rd Honda, none of which were due to an accident, only upgrades. These past two times I had my car there for service, Don Carlton honda has left my car damaged. The first time I picked up my car, the front lip was hanging off the bumper. The second time they worked on it was to change the transmission oil. Upon receiving it back the E brake wouldn’t engage when I pulled up. Taking a closer look you can see how someone at Honda tried to glue it back on. I would never have expect this from my local Honda dealership. Pathetic.

Never thought I'd be saying this about a car dealership...they're not typically known for focusing on customer service, but I had an excellent experience with Don Carlton Honda. Family-owned, many of the staff have been there for years (even decades) and clearly have a culture of service. Sam (Internet Sales Manager) was tremendous as were everyone I worked with. They were helpful, attentive, professional, and quick. And I got a decent deal - as good as you're going to get in the current car-availability climate.

My brother-in-law just got his car back from don Carlton before we went on a vacation. They incorrectly installed a coolant house leaving him stranded with my young niece and nephew in the mountains for hours. after the car arrived at a Honda Dealership in Denver they told him that Don Carlton was at fault and should be liable for the repairs. Don Carlton refused responsibility for the damages and left them with no other option but to repair it themselves. Thankfully, there at still SOME good dealerships in this world and the dealership in Denver is repairing the car free of cost due to the fact that Don Carlton will not accept responsibility. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DON CARLTON AT ALL. No value for their customer satisfaction or experience!

Would not recommend. I have a 2021 Honda Accord with 23k miles. ( still under bumper to bumper coverage ). Car overheated a few months ago and they had to reseal the head. Now I’m on a family vacation in Colorado and the car over heated again. I had it towed to the closest dealer & they found Don Carlton had left hoses loose. Don Carlton has decided they were not going to participate in the repairs that have my currently stranded. This is the second time they’ve disappointed me. The first time I had repairs done by them I had to bring it back 3 times! & they got oil on my Sun visor. Do not make the same mistake I did and bring it here. I am reporting them to Honda.
