This Dealership is so much more than a car sales lot, merely because the word Trust applies here. Buying a new car can be daunting and quite the guessing game. The end game is that we’re happy and we keep coming back. So this is where we add that yes, over the 25 years we’ve done business here, there’s been a couple problems. What we witnessed is a commitment to Resolve and proof the staff and dealership cares by working towards excellence with that great touch of respect we don’t often see these days. The service department is very commendable. We use the service contracts and have never had issues with staff or work done. If you want a sales person who will feel like a good friend, be sure to ask for Luis Rodriguez! He’s top shelf!!

Took my non Honda vehicle into the dealership for service and some concerns with my rear shocks. I was greeted and welcomed by upbeat and positive staff. They got me in and out quickly and even scheduled me to return to install new shocks a few days later. I could not happier with Cierra and her attention to detail and follow through. I will return for sure.

I took my Honda in for a B1 service and was told I needed a cabin air filter, but I declined because they wanted to charge $59 for it because that seemed like a high price. As I was driving away, I heard a brand new noise coming from the glove box where the air filter is, so I turned the car around and returned to the service department immediately. They took the air filter out and I noticed stuffing hanging down from above. I was told it was from a rodent and that they can do lots of damage to electrical etc. They said some of the stuffing probably fell into the fan area. They said the cost of repairs would be in the $500 range. They had just let me drive away without saying anything!! They hadn’t told me about the rodent issue! They hadn’t told me about potential issues with electrical! They hadn’t told me that debris fell in when they initially removed the air filter! All they said after the fact was “we’re sorry and we’ll talk to your technician about it. It definitely should have been brought to your attention and you should have been given a quote.” The worst customer service! I won’t go back.

Had a very distasteful experience. Got a quote from the parts folks for a trailer hitch on my Jeep Cherokee. Made an appointment to get it installed.. Was told it was going to take 2 hours by the parts folks.. When I dropped it off to have it installed the installation time went from 2 to 5 hours. Then, apparently the Jeep wasn't wired the way they thought it was and it needed a new wiring harness and the time went from 5 hours to almost 7. Meanwhile NOBODY told me about the up-charges to the process even though I sat in the lobby four 5 hours. Final bill was 3 times more than the original quote. Still checking my glove compartment for the "nice". (See TV commercials for reference).
